she is a visual artist & Video pro-ducer from Norway. she has developed most of her skills, from using adobe pro-grams and other photo editing software. And happy that she learned to make Frac-tal Art. (”learning by doing”.)

Mostly she has been inspired through her dreams, to create various pieces of work, in relation to her dream at the time. She has been creating art, from an early age but like most had some years work-ing hard to build a carrier, but then this need to create was fighting in her and won because she feels it is where her true spirit is, so she can share her art and inspirations to all.

Her mind journeys to an imaginary seashore accomplished by golden sand, a deep blue sky hovering over her head, and a moon ... that was not the familiar moon everybody knew.A full moon with golden yellow rings! Located along the seashore a couple was playing casually and playfully, airy clothes waving as if touched by a gentle breeze.A woman and a man both beloved and harmonious!“Neleus - Neleus!”The voice called again and again...“Neleus - Neleus!”A luminous apparition approaches. She stretches her hand and gives her a bizarre, but beautiful shell.She holds the shell in her hands and stars at it apparently enchanted.A voice whispers sweetly – sweetly in her ear:“Neleus – Neleus!”She raised her head and felt becoming one with the blue sky, where golden pigeons were flitting lightly alike little fluffy cloudsHer mind regresses as if a mental time machine into a swirling vortex returning to where she originated…It was a dream...She crawls within one big steep and narrow tunnel. She proceeds with arms and legs, her knees click on gravels. The place is claustrophobic and there is no escape anywhere, only in the depth of the tunnel a timid light shines.She watches herself from above and finds that she’s not alone!Behind her many women and men follow, a multitude of people unknown to her.The anode is tedious and painful, but she insists on moving.Finally she laboures up to the end of the tunnel where the light shines...But the aperture is desperately too small, so small that only her hand might get through.Frustration!“What to do now, I must go, but how?”From the outside another hand is digging the soil.“Come out!” the voice of an unknown man urges.“It’s impossible, the passage is narrow!” She replies.“You can make it, try!” The Guide says.From the outside another hand is digging the soil.“Come out!” the voice of an unknown man urges.“It’s impossible, the passage is narrow!” She replies.“You can make it, try!” The Guide says.


Suddenly, she feels being urged and her half body goes through this aperture till her waist.From this state she feels being squeezed, unable to breathe, to inhale...“You can make it, you can make it, you can make it ...» the voice of the unknown-man insists.She forces and pushes herself to go...Curious pain!More mental and less physical...She pushes and then gets out as a baby coming to light!Her feet stand on a solid white land, and she faces sandy seashore in front of her. Groups of people arrive and expand along the white seashore.A breeze blows and brings to her mind secret images. She is deeply fascinated by the scene that watches...The sand changes colors and portrayal, as a creative inspiration of a cosmic artist who combines the colors and hues of the landscape.Her eyes are filled with the poetry of the alternative reality.Her enchanted mind listens to a similar motif.“Neleus! Neleus! “In the morning she woke up in her bedroom having a strange sensation as if he had really made this amazing trip .Beyond that though she felt having learned something that could not even remem-ber what it eventually was, but it was certainly a message.Later the same day she decided to But go where?The choice was not accidental.She looked into the dark closets of knowledge and remembered that there was an area that gave birth to and nurtured the demigod who she called Neleus in her dream.That would be the destination!A few possessions, a few personal belongings, and the decision had been taken.The great escape from the city that has being hosted her for the last years took shape!She crossed with her two children the Big Island, which connects through a strait with the capital and walked through forests and mountains, until they reached the river, flowing into the sea.The great river had the name of the hero. leave...Neleus...The son of Poseidon!A birth that came from the mate of a god and a mortal woman.Not plain at all!So it was, when the gods love, mate as humans with humans!


From such a union two children were born, both boys.Their mother placed them in a small boat, and dropped it into the sea.The sea loved and saved them, children of Neptune were anyway!The river itself is connected with the sea, fresh water with salt, the land and the sea...“The sea herself guided us like legendary heroes into this new place ...It couldn’t be differently.Children of the Gods aren’t we, our race? Have similar origin and similar history! Could not abandoned us, prey and exposed, like the two babies? “A deep inner voice spoke in an authoritative tone within.“There you should go!”Divine protection shelters them. Felt the gentle breeze blowing in their hair alike an invisible spiritual hand...She couldn’t see, but she could feel it...They had to go, leaving behind the shackles that united them with the sterile past.She envisioned the seashore, at that point where the river flowed into the sea.It did not resemble to a dream.It was the white seashore she saw in her sleep!

You can increase your connection to the Kundalini by engaging in physical move-ment such as dance, drumming, yoga...activities that allow your body and soul to FEEL the waves of rhythm. Dance movement is an activity everyone can perform, in their own individual way. If you cannot move your feet, then move your hands...the key is to create move-ment one way or another. Likewise, with drums, if you cannot play drums, you can listen to drum music, in order to stimulate Kundalini.

Kundalini is moved towards the higher Chakras By activities that infuse you With the remembrance of your holy-ness...

You create inner movement with the aid of meditation, healing, visualization, chanting, singing, praying, praising the Universe, reading uplifting books, spend-ing time with Mother Nature and contem-plating Higher Teachings.


Chanting...singing praises to Spirit, is such an easy way to activate Kundalini Shakti. Although there are many practices that raise Kundalini...with many of them, such as meditation, or fasting, you must be supremely care-full to not overdo.

Regardless of the way you choose to chantYou can never over-do repeating God’s Sacred Names... You can never over-do praising the Universe...

On the spiritual path, seekers often cross paths with many beings that are detri-mental to their Kundalini advancement. Due to their lack of true Knowledge or even outright evil tendencies, they are not able to guide Maa Kundalini because they do not adore Her and therefore do not truly know Her. To avoid the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual side ef-fects that can occur due to lack of train-ing, one should pray to meet and study with a genuine Master.

A being becomes a Light Master By aligning totally to the Maha ShaktiThe Great Energy of the Universe... By aligning with Maha Shakti, we align with Divine Will... Through surrendering to Divine Will, The Master is ONE with the Kundalini... ONE with the Shakti...

To open the gate for bliss-full, soul re-vealing, perspective- expanding oc-currences, we must communicate with Kundalini Shakti sweetly and sincerely...serenading and dancing with Maha Shakti through sacred sounds and ac-tions. Who will unfold the essence of your spiritual being so you can experience the Maha Shakti, the Great Energy of the Universe? Who will help you feel, see and absolutely believe this? Divine Mother...in the form of Ma Kundalini. One of my favorite quotes from the Poet Saint Rumi, is “Motion ignites inner bliss.”

It is evident that the Wise Ones know that no matter what path the aspirant travels, no one will ever become a full-fledged Realized Being without engag-ing in an adoring Love affair with the Goddess Kundalini.

WE tell you to create a new reality for yourself and your world; you can do it! You will do it because WE love and forgive you for whatever you think or have been told you have done wrong. Fore, in true reality, there is no right or wrong, there is no GOOD or BAD; there only is. Therefore, WE love and cherish you with a love that is some-times beyond human understanding. Why? Well many of you believe you must be judged or held accountable for your mis-takes. This is not true, as you understand the term. However, you should be able to learn/remember that your mis-takes were not for your highest good or the highest good of others and not repeat them. With the previous statements, you may be able to see the simple fact that WE just love and support you, for you have freedom of choice. WE will never take this wonderful gift (freedom of choice) lightly.

Freedom of Choice

The Greatest Gift(Angelic and Human Guidance)


The one thing WE do not interfere with is freedom of choice within your realm. It is one of the most important truths in the universe as you know it, and not a trivial matter. Freedom of choice springs from the love that is all there is. Without it, all would be in vain and all creators would be under totalitarian rule. This is not allowed in any realm. How could WE love you if WE judge you? WE would not! How could WE put limitations on what you do and how you do it? WE would not! It is you that must, through trial and error, find out that which you must find out. You must find this out on an individual basis, and the only way this can be done is by experimentation. Yet, the experimenta-tion of your others throughout time can help you. For instance, time has assured you that fire will burn you, thus you act accordingly with fire and all will be well. Further, the obsessive use of drugs and alcohol documented by many of your oth-ers throughout time has shown you that the continuation of such will only bring pain and suffering to yourself and others. Yet still, many are still burnt with the misuse of fire and many die and go in-sane thorough the overuse of mind-alter-ing chemicals. Do you see OUR point? OUR point is that WE do not interfere, no matter what.

Your freedom of choice comes into play with all decisions that one of you may make. Even your time of death, or if you harm yourself or another, all hinges on your personal freedom of choice, as you understand the term.

Other Worldly Safeguards

As previously explained, WE do not get involved directly with your personal choices. However, WE have caused helpers to assist you. Remember the fol-lowing phrase: “You know not when you entertain Angels.” These magnificent words, penned by one of OUR own on Earth, are true. WE call them “a portion of US that are not in physical form,” as WE are not.Angels of high vibrations choose to assist you in remembering who and what you are, US. They choose to always direct the proper information to you in or-der for you to make the highest choice decisions. They choose to help you in times you may deem as troublesome. They choose to assist you in times you are in pain and torment. These Angels are always with you; WE tell you more angels than you can calculate or guess. These ones have a need or desire to help and assist you and this is what they are under contract to do by their freedom of choice. They are guardians or watch-ers of women and men. Yet, once again, they do not interfere with your freedom of choice.

Next month WE will be giving information on how lower vibrational angels can in-fluence one of you to continue to make Mis-takes. Fore, remember, there is more to it ALL than meets the eye.


Human Help

People help you to make the highest choice needed for the best outcome. WE will always inform you of what is in your highest good, either by placing it within your subconscious mind or causing someone to tell you. The people around you, i.e., friends, family, co-workers, and other associates, may and frequently do give you information and solutions to guide you in your daily life decisions. Do you listen to them? Or do you allow your mental to inform you that they may be “trying to get in your business,” or control you in some way? Something as simple as someone saying to you, “Maybe you should not eat so many sweets,” or “Did you pray and meditate today?” are exam-ples of US informing you of what is in your highest good for yourself through one of your others. Remember, if the information will assist you in succeeding at something, you may wish to adhere to it.

You may also receive information, an-swers, and solutions through the words of a song you are listening to, a movie you watch, or through a sign on the side of the road. WE give words of hope, love, and inspiration to all people. Do you really think there are coincidences? Remember, there is rhyme and reason for all things in the known and unknown universe. Therefore, it would be a high vibrational choice to pay attention to the high vibrational messages that the universe gives you through your others and other external sources. To be sure, if you ponder on the above informa-

tion, and apply it to your daily life, many of your personal choices will be better for you and others.Next month WE will be giving informa-tion on how lower vibrational angels can influence one of you to continue to make Mis-takes. Fore, remember, there is more to it ALL than meets the eye.

Willie we believe was born on the Bahamas Island called Nassau sometime around 1997. The only reason we believe this date to be correct is from talking with numerous U.S. Army personnel who was working with the DEA during this time. One in particular was my husband Matthew Morrison.

Here is Matthew’s story of Willie......

Willie


Willie was one of those dogs that every-one loved. During the time from 1997 thru 2001 Willie was you could say, working for the DEA by acting as a guard dog for the UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters that was assigned to the island. Willie was your typical dog, greeting each crewmember prior to and after every flight.

It was his duty to ensure all was well and that no one bothered the helicopters. During any hurricane evacuation Willie was loaded on the helicopter and flown to a safe location, like I said a normal dog’s life. With each new rotation of personnel Willie greeted everyone the same way.

Sometime around 1999, Willie was load-ed up on the helicopters to move to a new island to live. This was an exciting time for him. Once arriving to Georgetown on the island of Great Exuma Willie began to explore and mark his territory. Willie once again rose to the role of protector of all.

In October 2001 I arrived to Georgetown to work with the DEA and noticed Willie greeting everyone. He became my run-ning partner. Willie would lead the way running thru the back areas of the island because he knew the safest routes. In the evenings when we would go down to the village area to have a drink with the local folks, Willie would always come along. I guess it was because he could protect us if anything was to happen, and to show us the way home at night.

One night it was storming outside so

I pick him up from the only dry place he could find, on top of the washer and dryers. I brought him inside and sat him in a plush chair in front of the cable TV.

Willie did not like the animal planet chan-nel but would watch some good action movies. One night when it was not rain-ing he was attached by a monster crab in its shell. I came to Willie’s rescue and removed the crab from his nose. It looked like Lyle Alzado from the movie Cave Man with Ringo Starr.

It was the beginning of December 2001 that Christmas came early for Willie. Since the Veterinarians on the island had limited supplies and did not want to treat dogs with heartworms, I contacted my wife Maryam Morrison to inform her I was returning with Willie and he needed treatment.

We had an Air Force C-130 plane flown in to move the unit back to Savannah.

Willie did not remember much of the flight, since he was given a pill to help him sleep. Although when we arrived to Savannah he was walking funny from waking up and had a very bad headache, and the top of his head felt like a pile of mash potatoes. I petted Willie and told him that when he was lying in the seat next to me his head was hitting the floor with the air turbulence. I put a pillow under his head to stop the banging noise that he was making.


Upon landing it was time to start looking for a family for Willie to stay with. We tried a few but no one was up to my stan-dards for him. While I was walking Willie one day we heard a noise coming from behind a fence. It was Maryam training some of the local dogs. I raised Willie up so he could see everyone in class. That is when he first saw Heather. She looked like she needed Willie to save her from the embarrassment of not knowing all the commands that Maryam was teaching.

The next day we introduced Willie to Ted, Heathers husband. Well I thought that I would see if this family would work. Wil-lie was not sure of this family at first. They always kept the shades closed and when they came home he had opened them. I mean destroyed them.

Ted and Heather decided to keep Willie,

and he has been with them since 2002.

And the journey continue for Willie as he goes to his new forever home with Ted and Heather Helard. In our next issue we will read theie time with Willie.

I was born with a love for animals, but my love for 1 human/animal (my husband) began my career as an animal communi-cator and Healing Touch Practitioner.

My Healing Touch for Animals journey began to help my husband Ken to make it through radiation for Prostate cancer with as few side effects as possible, but it be-came so much more, my Passion. I was taught a basic energy treatment by some wonderful Healing touch women in my area that is called magnetic clearing and I used this technique on Ken after each of his many radiation treatments.

He had very few of the normal side ef-fects so I decided to look into Healing Touch for Humans. I first traveled to Se-attle’s Children’s Hospital for level one, when the weekend course was over I came home on cloud nine and was very excited to hear that there were courses for animal energy work available too.

Over the course of the next year I trav-eled all over the US to the four levels of classes offered in HTA and loved ev-ery minute of it. We worked on shel-ter animals and went to some beautiful horse facilities to work with all differ-

ent types of animals. In between the classes I began to volunteer at some amazing animal facilities to get my foot in the door, I worked with the local Humane Society, Wildlife images (a local rescue and rehab for local wild-life), Dogs for the Deaf, Chimps Inc.( a chimp rescue facility in Bend Or, and did distance work on baby elephants and rhi-nos at a rescue facility in Africa. While my main clientele are dogs and cats, I enjoy working with all animals big and small. When an animal is in need of help, whether it be mental, physi-cal, spiritual, or behavioral, I start each assessment of them by connecting energy with them, communicating with them, checking out their energy centers (Chakras) to see if they are open to the healing process. If they are closed up I will check for the culprit Chakra to further explain to me what is going on with them energetically. I ask them many basic questions (happy with food, family, exercise, any pain, do you need to see a vet etc.) and then I go through my list of treatments to ask them which ones they need. They are always honest in their answers and will admit if they are being stinkers and need a behavioral change which always cracks me up.

One of my most interesting questions that I always ask is “are you taking on any of your families human stuff” it may sound funny but our animals love us so unconditionally and can take on our human prob-lems such as stress, illness, disease, and depression.

It is always rewarding to me to be able to teach the humans how to cut that negative energy off from their animals and see the huge change it brings to the animals (and humans) health and well be-ing. the next thing I will ask them is if they need any essential oils (the basis for most all modern medicines) in their treatment, I go through my list and allow them to pick what they need and then I go to my es-sential oils book to see why they picked them based on the qualities and uses for each oil or blend of oils, they always pick exactly the right ones, they are so smart. I then go through my list of floral waters (hydrosols) and ask if they need any of those. Hydrosols are much gentler than the oils and many animals ask for them internally as well as topically. In the case of cats I use mostly hydrosols for their treatments since cats lack an enzyme in their livers that break down the phenols in the oils so the hydrosols are much gen-tler and safer for them. I also love doing distance energy work and communication with animals all over the world and have assisted in locating lost animals. And of course we can’t talk about animals with-out talking about hard topic of the death

process. I feel that every animal should go out of this world as pure as they came into it so I love working with them at this time to open their Chakras with the very sacred Chakra Spread treatment to allow them to go out open and pure and peace-fully which is also a great comfort to their humans to know they did all they could for their beloved pets. When it comes to their time I will also ask the humans per-mission to allow them to be on my healing team on the other side to help other ani-mals. I have never been refused in this re-quest and again it gives the human great comfort to know they will have a purpose in the afterlife.I love my work and have been a part of some amazing “miracles” with animals and I feel very blessed each time a new animal client comes into my life.

The OwlAnimal Spirit guides


The spirit of Owl brings with it many different meanings. Owls are generally solitary and they have the remarkable ability to fly silently and to quietly move from perch to perch.

My guys are older with gray hair and white whiskers. My guys are young, full of pep and energy. My guys are White, Black, Asian, Latino, you name it. I love my guys.

My guys play basketball together at LA Fitness where I exercise. A 1994 car acci-dent left me with disabling brain and spinal injuries but I can still perform a series of modest exercises to keep fit. Prior to the accident I jogged almost daily. I ran in doz-ens of road races. I biked up mountains in Colorado. Physical fitness was always part of my life. In a small way, it still is.

Several years ago I wore a political T-shirt which attracted Gary’s attention. We share the same left leaning views. From that point on, I got to know Gary and the rest of my guys.

Coach, an older man with salt and pep-per hair, always looks sharp after a show-er and change of clothes. Wearing a suit, pressed white shirt and bow tie he struts out of the gym on his way to the of-fice. The nickname coach stuck because he was a volunteer coach for his grand-children’s high school sports teams.

Short, wiry Eric runs up and down the court with the big guys and sinks quite a few baskets. College recruiters probably overlooked him because of his size. His skills though are terrific and so is his spirit. I love the way he talks about his wife as if she was a queen.

Gary has a developmentally disabled son who holds down a full-time job. When talk-ing about his son, Gary beams with pride. I like Gary. I’m sure I’d like his son too if I met him.

Gordon’s wife developed breast cancer a few years ago. On the day she had sur-gery all the guys wore pink T-shirts to sup-port their friend. I told Gordon that was one of the kindest most compassionate acts I’d ever seen. Gordon, Gary and the others tried to shrug it off but I said it’s beautiful. I’m proud to know all of you

Harry has a wife and a daughter but he’s like my brother. I ask Harry for mov-ie recommendations. My gym buddy Helen has suggested a few duds. I enjoyed every movie Harry recommended. Thanks Harry, you also saved me money.

One morning as I approached a workout bench to stretch my damaged spine, a scowling man said I cut him off with my walker. Honestly, I was more concerned about the dead batteries in my radio. That meant I had to listen to the wretched music LA Fitness played. The man contin-ued to curse and swear at me. I said to myself, this will end soon. I approached John, the front desk clerk. I asked him to intervene and he did. As I stretched, Barry, one of my guys, stopped by to say hi. Caught off guard, I acted momentarily surprised then said hello. Barry asked me what was up so I told him. Barry said what kind of man yells at any woman but es-pecially you. Within minutes, about six or seven of my guys surrounded me to see if I was OK. Dexter went further and talked to the offender. I’m not sure what he said but that man never bothered me again.

Speaking of Dexter, who works on oil rigs around the world, so we only see him every few months when he’s in town. Otherwise, he’s busy earning a liv-ing in faraway places. Dex as he’s called invited me to his girlfriend Roz’s medi-cal school graduation. I gladly accepted.

The extended family gathered in a local restaurant to celebrate Roz’s outstanding achievement. Growing up, I experienced a family that was scattered and aloof. There were no family Fourth of July picnics, big Christmas dinners, or Sunday afternoon get togethers. Roz’s graduation party was joyous, full of love and closeness. I en-joyed good food and good company. On the way home, tears trickled down my cheeks because I never experienced the warmth and tenderness of so much family love. Thanks Dex for inviting me. I had a fabulous time.

My guys josh around with each other all the time but I feel love whenever I’m around them. They are kind, thoughtful and con-siderate men. I am fortunate to have so many good guys on my side. I bet their families are too.
