We love Morocco. Just a short hop over the Mediterranean and you’ll find yourself stepping back in time where ancient architecture and traditional culture still adorn the streets. The colours, the sounds, the Arabic influence and Berber culture

always get us coming back for more. Get your weekend hit of sunshine and culture here.

Where? Head to the achingly stylish Maison MK; a traditional riad with stunning authentic décor. In true Moorish tradition, the riad is built around a central courtyard which houses a gorgeous teardrop swimming pool.

Why? Location Location Location. And style, of course. A sanctuary away from the frenetic souks, set back along a cobbled street, this stylish retreat is right in the heart of the action with the Djemaa el-Fna square just a couple of minutes stroll away.

The details: A trip with extras…on us. Enjoy four nights at Maison MK in Marrakesh and receive a half day private walking tour of the Medina, an in house hammam experience, aperitifs, a gourmet dinner at Gastro MK and a half day private cookery class all with our compliments. Prices start from £799 per person including flights from London, private transfers and accommodation (based on two sharing).

Sweden

Think vast Narnia-esque vistas, regional fare and Sleek style.

The snow has begun to fall in the wilds of Swedish Lapland, and it is looking more beautiful than ever. We love its otherworldly landscapes, straight out of C.S. Lewis’ enchanted world, Narnia.

Where?Lulea is a little-known winter wonderland on the northern coast of Sweden. It’s an off the beaten track destination that sets the scene for some truly magical endeavours, both in the kitchen and on the snow. Spend a night curled up above the ice in The Tree House hotel , an architectural masterpiece where the rooms float high in the forest canopy.

Why?The one-of-a-kind Mirror Cube suite. The Tree House hotel boasts some of the most unusual, ecologically friendly tree houses around, from the floating UFO to the Giant Nest. But our favourite is the Mirror Cube, camouflaged into the snowy forest with mirrors on every side, allowing you to disappear in true Narnia style.

THE Details:For seven nights prices start from £1,899 per person from the UK, including flights, accommodation, and transfers (based on two sharing)

MIAMIM

iami is a multi-cultural urban cocktail that moves to a Latin rhythm. With hip beaches, retro art deco style and a party scene to brag about, grab your over-sized shades and explore this ice cream coloured town. Close to the southern tip of the US, the sun

stays beaming and warm leading up to Christmas.

Where?Miami is about pure indulgence, and The Standard Hotel is no different. Just far enough from Miami Beach to feel like you’re in your own private hideaway, but close enough to reach the hottest night spots around, it’s the ideal bolthole. And after a night taking on the town, their renowned spa will be waiting for you. From the aroma steam room to the mud lounge, there’s almost nothing they can’t repair.

The details: A trip with extras…on us. After three nights, we’ll add a fourth night at The Standard and even throw in a room upgrade just for you. Prices for four nights (including one free) start from just £490 per room (based on two sharing excluding flights).

Ski or beach? Beach or ski? Can’t decide? Why not strap on your skis first then head to the coastline for après-ski beachside bliss. From the stunning slopes of Wyoming, seven thousand feet above sea level to Mexico’s Baja Peninsula (zero feet above sea level) you can get the

best of both experiences.

Where? In Wyoming, hole up in the Amangani Resort for some seriously breathtaking views of the Jackson Hole Valley and everything that surrounds it. After days in the snow, switch it for sand as you head to Mexico and the Capello Pedregal.

Why?Diversity is a beautiful thing, moving in between these two magnificent boltholes switch from countryside skiing across picturesque slopes to cliffside lounging over an ocean full of dolphins and whales. Need we say more?

The details:Spend six nights in the Amangani Resort in Wyoming then six nights relaxing beachside in Mexico’s Capello Pedregal in Cabo St Lucas. End your experience in the buzzing capital of Mexico City at Condesa DF for two nights. Starting from £3,927 (based on two sharing for 14 nights).

Rivadee (Thailand)

Thailand has boundless exotic charm and inescapable appeal at a time of year when the sun retreats from our chillier skies. Colourful historic monuments intermingle with lively street markets and the smell of lime and coriander is never far away. Outside the cities, green

vistas are prime ground for trekking, rafting and elephant safaris and soft sandy beaches are fringed with clear blue waters that are a diver’s dream.

Where?Rayavadee, Thailand. Perched on the stunning Phra Nang headland, surrounded by two beautiful beaches and spectacular limestone cliffs, the Rayavadee is an intimate village style resort. Stay in a uniquely designed pavilion all with beautifully styled Thai décor.

Why? Well, the view is pretty special. But this is the place to come to recharge the batteries with a stunning spa offering ancient Thai healing therapies. A famed Thai massage is a must.

The details:Enjoy seven nights at the exclusive Rayadee on Krabi from only £2,199 per person (based on two sharing) in a deluxe pavilion including international flights, private transfers and daily breakfast.

The French Alps, a wintery scene that has us spell-bound year after year. But choosing the right ski chalet in the Alps isn’t easy. Spending hours trawling through hundreds of properties that all look pretty much the same isn’t our idea of fun either.

Where? Chalet Floralie, St Martin de Belleville that’s where. For a truly memorable ski break this season we reckon there is nowhere more pampering than this place. Lesser known but all the better for it, the picturesque and unspoilt alpine village, St Martin de Belleville sits at the very heart of Les Trois Vallees giving you access to over 600km of runs.

Why?For the ‘wow factor’ exclusive penthouse suite. With panoramic views, its own entrance and two spacious en suite bedrooms, this is the perfect place to end a day’s skiing with a mug of vin-chaud in hand.

The details:For a week long getaway prices start from £1029 per person (based on four sharing) staying in the sumptuous penthouse suite or if you would like to invite all your friends, take over the entire chalet from £1199 (based on 18 guests) including flights, private transfers and all meals and drinks.
