The Emmanuel Reformed Bible Lectures (ERBL) is a ministry of
Life Bible-Presbyterian Church
run w ith the help of several like-minded Bible-Presbyter -
ian Churches in Singapore designed to help equip Chris-
tians for God’s service through Bible-based, Reformed
theological teaching.
The lectures are conducted in Beulah Centre at 10 Gilstead Road.
This is centrally located at an easily ac-
cessible part of Singapore near to New ton MRT station.

THE COURSES are open to the public. No minimum educational
requirement is needed. However, those
who are interested in using their credits earned in working
towards a Certificate of Religious Knowledge
may approach Emmanuel Reformed Bible College to apply for the
credit points to be considered. For more

THE REGISTRATION FORM should be completed
and submitted with a course fee of $80 per course for
Credit Student and $60 per course for Audit Student to the Life
B-P Church Office at 10 Gilstead Road, Sin-gapore 309064. An ‘Early
Bird Discount’ of $5 will be
given to those who register before 12 December 2020. Cheques
should be crossed and made payable to “Life
B-P Church.” Please write your name and the words “ERBL fees” on
the reverse side of the cheque.
IF A COURSE IS DROPPED, the fees will be refunded
only if the Life B-P Church Office is notified within 14 days of
its commencement.
ATTENDANCE will be taken at each lecture. Certifi-cates of
Attendance will be issued to students who
have achieved at least 80% attendance.

his course addresses the biblical and his-
toric revivals over the centuries. The stu-
dent will examine the doctrinal and prac-
tical lessons learnt from the OT and NT
revivals, the 18th century Great Awakening in
the UK by George Whitefield and the Wesley
brothers, the US revivals led by Jonathan Ed-
wards and William Tennent, Samuel Davis
among others. (2 credits)
Counselling in the Local Church

he purpose of this course is to broaden
students’ understanding of counselling to
include all relationships. It seeks to build
a thoroughly biblical understanding of the
local church as a ministering community where
everyone plays a part. It will help students find
their place of ministry within the context of the
local church and to help others do the same.
