Fact # 2: The details are important.Names, facts, preferences and characteristics are what makes us unique. If you treat everyone as if they are you then you are going to miss out on a) business opportunities, (b) personal growth possibilities and, most essentially, (c) fun. Increase your attention. Increase your success.

Fact # 3: You’re never going to know enough or fee l 100% conf ident about a project or a plan, and you won’t always know where to start. So start anywhere.
