Founded in 1935, with kosher certification as the sole focus, we

are a non-profit organization providing for the industry and

serving kosher consumers.

OK Kosher is the global benchmark for kosher standards in all

Rabbi Berel Levy excelled in bringing OK Kosher

to the fore of international recognition in his time.

His son and successor, Rabbi Don Yoel Levy,

furthered this work in setting the benchmark of

kosher regulatory standards until his untimely

passing in the spring of 2020. Succeeded by his

Board of Trustees, governing Kashrus

Committee, and Management Team, OK

Kosher carries on their legacy, remaining at the

helm of Kosher, globally.
