John Broderick, Senior Vice President (Head of International Region, Consumer Healthcare), Sanofi

John is a seasoned expert in both the FMCG and Consumer Healthcare Industry with a career spanning many years which has seen him work in a number of positions across marketing, sales, general & regional management in a variety of diverse locations. John was appointed to his current role as the Senior Vice President International region as of January 2017. The region encompasses Euraisa, Africa, Middle East, South Asia, Asia Pacific, Japan and Australia / New Zealand.Previous to his current role, John was part of the Boehringer Ingelheim CHC leadership team since 2011, initially as Corporate Vice President Southern Europe/US and laterally as Corporate Vice President Emerging Markets CHC. John started his career in Mars Inc., and moved to roles of increasing responsibility in Russia & CIS before joining Pepsi Cola and Danone. He joined Reckitt Benckiser in 2001, during his ten years with RB held a number of positions which included Regional Sales & Trade Marketing Director Eastern Europe, General Manager Ukraine and General Manager Adriatic Region.

Keith is an accomplished and inspiring leader with big picture vision and track record in business turnarounds, delivering above market growth, leading and executing change to agendas, strategic workforce planning, organising restructures and culture inclusiveness, transparency, agility and integrity. An Innovative critical thinker, Keith has 26 years broad experience in consumer packaged goods and healthcare industries with active portfolio management, launching high impact innovations, developing and executing focused growth strategies and innovative go-to market model. He has proven capability to relentlessly generate out of box solutions, growth acceleration and profitability improvement. Keith is currently the Regional President of Asia-Pacific and Head of Global Salesforce Excellence in Pfizer CH and Pfizer Leadership Advisory Board Member. Keith joined legacy Wyeth in 2002 as Marketing Director of Consumer Healthcare in China and was appointed Associate VP of China in 2008, Greater China Regional GM in 2012 and North Asia GM 2 years later. Keith was awarded Pfizer’s “Great Manager of the Year” in 2010 and named the Internationalist of the Year in 2017.

Celine Collette, Business Development Manager, Google

Celine has been in the Digital industry for the past 7 years, involved with developing and seeking opportunities with Google’s partners in the Pharma space. Prior to Google Celine, was with Amazon as part of the pioneer team who built the Global Selling Business and helped educate many online sellers to the Amazon platform.

Nicholas is the founder of the Nicholas Hall Group of Companies, an elite consulting, business intelligence and executive recruitment company primarily serving the OTC healthcare industry since 1978. After a career in marketing and general management with Procter & Gamble, Vicks and GD Searle, Nicholas has managed the company’s consultancy practice, which has among its clients many blue chip OTC companies, as well as some of the leading local laboratories in Asia, Middle East and Latin America. He has more than three decades of experience in the healthcare industry and has chaired and moderated over 300 OTC conferences and seminars in 58 countries.

Vince Grillo, General Manager, Kantar Health

Vince has more than 20 years experience in market insight led consultancy. Vince has partnered with clients across strategic function and area, to help them achieve financial, operational and organizational competency and readiness targets. Vince has extensive experience in supporting clients’ brands across the product lifecycle, from early stage market evaluation through to launch readiness and in-line brand optimisation, multi-stakeholder management and customer value. Vince leads Kantar Health’s regional hub which is based in Singapore. His team specialise in multi-country engagements and have extensive experience across South East Asia and beyond. He holds a PhD and MBA, and has worked n the US, UK, Australia and Asia.

Declan has spent over 20 years in the Healthcare industry where he has held various management positions in Ireland, Australia/New Zealand and currently in Asia while also gaining diverse experience working across several different business functions. An accomplished leader with a belief that the consumer and patient needs should be central to everything we do. This belief, combined with his passion for building culturally diverse and purpose driven teams has seen Declan develop high impact growth strategies across markets and categories, resulting in a consistent track record of above market growth. Declan joined Johnson & Johnson in Australia in 2007 and moved through roles of increasing responsibility quickly, before transitioning to lead the AP Cough and Cold Franchise then into his current role as Senior Director and leader of the AP Self Care Franchise. Declan in his current position is an active member of the Global Self Care Leadership team, the AP Consumer Leadership Team and a representative on the AP Consumer Healthcare Alliance Executive Committee.

Graeme has a passion for life-changing ideas that improve the health of humanity. He has been in the health and wellness industry for the past 30 years in sales & marketing, advertising & communications and public health & social marketing. He has held senior regional and global positions in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, China, India and the United Kingdom, across a variety of roles including Client Servicing, General Management and Strategic Planning. Graeme has significant experience in leading the strategic planning for global, regional and domestic businesses and brands in Consumer Health (OTC, DTC, FMCG), Nutrition, Nutraceuticals, Natural Remedies, Pharmaceuticals as well behavioural change programs in Social Marketing and Public Health. Driven by a commitment to help health & wellness brands and businesses play a meaningful role in people’s lives, he regularly conducts workshops and training sessions in addition to presenting at regional and international conferences.

Jeff Hamilton, Executive Director, DevHub Startup and Incubation Center

Jeff Hamilton, an American design entrepreneur, is currently the Executive Director of DEVHUB a startup and incubation center within Rangsit University as well as Program Director of the Product Design Department in the Faculty of Art and Design. Jeff has nearly 20 years of leadership and product design/development experience most notably in the medical product industry. As a consultant, Jeff has led R&D projects for GE, Johnson & Johnson, Edwards Lifesciences, Medrad, and many more.

Sanchita Johri, Asia-Pacific Head of Total Brand Experience for Self-Care / OTC, J&J

David McCaughan, Story Teller, Bibliosexual

Sanchita comes with over 12 years of experience and was the Group Digital Marketing Lead for the consumer business of J&J India and the Digital Head of FemCare for J&J APAC before taking on the role of Self-Care Head of Total Brand Experience for J&J Asia-Pacific. Before joining J&J, Sanchita spent two years at Reliance Retail, the largest omni-channel retailer in India as the Head of Digital for their electronics arm. Prior to working with Reliance Retail Sanchita was the Marketing Lead for SVG Media, which is now a part of the Dentsu Aegis group. She also spent 5 years at Brand Capital, consulting on brand and integrated marketing communications for a diverse portfolio of investee / partner companies for the largest media conglomerate in India: the Times of India Group. Sanchita has also worked in Radio as a Radio Jockey and as a senior trainer at IBM for a year and a half each early on in her career.Sanchita is from India, grew up in Muscat and loves reading, travel, food, blogs and dogs. David has spent the last three decades working across the Asia-Pacific leading strategy planning and in senior management roles with McCann before starting his own consultancy, Bibliosexual in 2015 and becoming a partner in a Ai agency in August 2016. He joined McCann in 1986 in his native Sydney where he built the Strategic Planning function and subsequently since 1995 has been based in various cities in Asia. In Hong Kong, he led regional strategy and communication campaign development for clients including Coca-Cola, General Motors, L’Oréal, Hawley&Hazel, MasterCard, Nestlé, Cathay Pacific, Sunstar, Hitachi, Johnson & Johnson and many others. He has an extensive history of working on the implications of media changes, how society is influenced by and influences them.

Graeme Read, Senior Strategic Advisor, McCann

Thomas Miklavec is the founder and CEO of Sanisphere, a company providing data and advanced analytics solutions to support Pharma Commercial Excellence. Sanisphere serves 50+ leading pharmaceutical companies in 18 countries across Asia and Africa.

Prior to Sanisphere, Thomas worked at McKinsey&Co. and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Filippo Lanzi, Region Head, Asia-Pacific, GSK Consumer Healthcare

Filippo was appointed Head of GSK Consumer Healthcare’s Asia Pacific business in September 2017. Previously, he was responsible for the Consumer Healthcare business across Central and Eastern Europe as Area General Manager. Prior to this, Filippo led commercial operations for the Southern Europe, as Area General Manager. Before joining GSK, Filippo was with Novartis OTC as Operating Unit Head of Italy and Greece. In 2014, he was part of the Integration Planning Team, representing the Europe business as the GSK CH-Novartis OTC joint venture was established. Prior to Novartis, he spent five years at Johnson & Johnson, managing the Diabetes Division in Italy and then as Head of Mediterranean Cluster for the Ethicon/ Endo Franchise. Before J&J, he was with Nestlé for ten years, holding various roles across the business in Marketing, Sales and Finance. Filippo holds a university degree in Economics and a Masters in Marketing.

After graduating as a pharmacist in 2005, Araksya started her career as medical representative in Sagmel Inc and continued with marketing management positions within Sandoz and Novartis groups in Armenia. From 2012 Araksya joined Medial Swiss healthcare provider where in cooperation with multiple European pharma manufacturers such as Ferrer, Uriach, Acino, Mylan Institutional, IBSA and others she coordinated marketing and promotion of Rx and OTC portfolios in Caucasus and Central Asian region. Araksya joined DSM in 2017 for Global Marketing Management focusing on innovative pharmaceutical applications of vitamins and nutrients. Araksya holds an MBA in International Management from the University of London.
