Introduction

Friend,Iwouldlikeyoutoknowthis:nothingworksinthisKingdomoutsideoffaith.IttakesfaithtogetanyresultinthisKingdom.

Faithisaprincipalinstrumentwemustmakeuseoftodoexploits.Itiswhatwillturnyouintoanunbeatablepersonalitythatcannolongerbestoppedorhumiliated.

KennethHaginsaidthatintheearlydaysofhisministry,heneverparticipatedinmeetingsthatranforlessthanthreeweeks—thatis,servicesinthemorning,afternoonandevening,everydayofthoseweeks!

Whatwashedoing?Hewasexpoundingfaith.For,

“Faithcomethbyhearing,andhearingbythewordofGod.”Romans10:17

Ibelievethereasonsomanypeopledon’tthoroughlygraspthethingstheyaretaughtisbecausetheyonlyglancethroughthem.Somuchofwhatwecallfaithtodayismerementalassent.Youhearpeoplesaysuchthingsas:“Yes,thatsoundsright.”

Friends,faithmustcomefromtheheart,

“Forwiththeheartmanbelievethuntorighteousness;andwiththemouthconfessionismadeuntosalvation.”Romans10:10

Faithisaspiritualentity,notjustamentalsubstance.Thepoweroffaith

onlybecomesrealwhenitisoperatedinthespiritrealm.

Faithiswhatbringsamanintotheshame-freerealmoflife.Therefore,Ithinkitisworthwhateverittakes,tofindouthowitoperates.

Now,picturetheawesomebeautythatmusthaveresteduponPeterashewalkedonwater!

FaithiswhatbeautifiesChristiansandIamgladtoletyouknowthatGodhasabeautifuldestinyforeachoneofus.

InIsaiah61:3,HisWordtellsusthatHehasgivenyoubeautyforashes.Bydestinyyoubelongtoanorderofbeauty.Youmustcommandattraction!

Everywhereyougo,peoplemustdesireyourcounselandadmireyourlifestyle.

FaithisthebeautyofChristianitythatwillremoveeveryashinyourlife.Itwilltakeawayallheaviness,andplacethegarmentofpraiseuponyou.ItwillmakeyouaplantingoftheLordindeed.

Friends,it’stimetotakealookattheoperationaldetailsofthisall-importantsubject.Wearesetforanotherturn-aroundinourlives.

Chapter1:WhatIsFaith?

Thequestionis,whatisfaith?

Iffaithisanall-importantsubject,thenweneedtoknowwhatitisintheactualsense.

Ifitmakeslivingsocolourful,thenwemustbebotheredandconcernedaboutwhatitis.

Nothingworkswithoutit!

Salvationisimpossiblewithoutit!

Healingisimpossiblewithoutit!

Victoryisimpossiblewithoutit!

Now,letmeconclude,nothingispossiblewithoutfaith.Nothing!

Whichmeans,Christianityisworthlesswithoutfaith.

Faithistheproducerofgoodreports.Wheregoodreportsarefoundinthiskingdom,itisadirectproductoffaith.

Ihavefoundmanyprayerwarriorswhoaregallantfailures.Butyoucanneverpointtoafaithgiantwhoisnotasupersuccess!

LookaroundintheworldandintheBiblealso.Showmeagiantoffaith,andI’llshowyouagiantontheearth.

Faithistheprincipaldeterminingfactorofeveryman’sstatus.Thereisnocontestingthisfact.

EveryexploitrecordedinHebrews11,isadirectproductoffaith.

So,whatisfaith?

ItIsAnExpressionOfConfidenceInGod

FaithisthepracticalexpressionofconfidenceinGodandHisWord.

Hebrews10:35-36tellsus:“Castnotawaythereforeyourconfidence,whichhathgreatrecompenseofreward.Foryehaveneedofpatience,that,afteryehavedonethewillofGod,yemightreceivethepromise.”

GodsaidtoAbram,“Gettheeout...(Gen.12:1)Andverse4ofthesameChapter12tellsus,“SoAbrahamdeparted,astheLordhadspokenuntohim…”Thisisapracticalexpressionofconfidence!

GodsaidtoNoah,“Itwillsorainthattheearthwillbeflooded!”Anddespitethefactthatnorainhasfallenyet,Noahmovedwithfearandbuiltanark,asGodhadinstructedhim.(Gen.6,7,8).

Hebuiltthatarkfor120years!ThisisadisplayofconfidenceinGodandHisWord!

WhenGodcalledmeintoministry,Hetoldme,“Carrynothingforyourjourney.”IagreedwithHim,andIhadnore-thinksuchas,“Whatifnothinghappens?”

HetoldmeIdidn’tevenneedtwopairsofshoes,nortwocoats;thatbeforetheoneI’mwearingwearsout,Hewillgivemeanotherone.

“Andgreetnomanontheway.”Thatis,“Letnomanbecomeimportantenoughtodivertyourattention.Iamuptothecommission.”

IbelievedHim!AndI’venotneededtobeganyman,livingordead,tilldate.FaithisthepracticalexpressionofconfidenceinGodandwhatHehassaid.

Icaughtsomethinginmystudy–somethingIcalledthesongoffaith:

“IfGodcan’t,nobodyelsecan.IfGodcan’t,nooneelseshouldtry.IfGodcan’t,itiseternallyhopelesstoexpectanything.Buthallelujah!HeistheLord,theGodofallflesh,andthere’snothingtoohardforHim!”

Friends,wearegoingtothreaddownthemountainsandfillupthevalleys!

Faithisit!

InDanielchapter3,NebuchadnezzarthreatenedthethreeHebrewboyswiththefieryfurnace,andtheysaid,“Oh!Weknowbetter!OurGodwhomweserveisabletodeliverus,andHewilldeliverus.ButshouldHechoosenotto,weremainconfident!Wewillnotbowtoyourimage!”(Paraphrased).

Thatisconfidence!TheBiblesaysithasgreatrecompenseofreward.

InHebrews11:6,wearetold:“…hethatcomethtoGodmustbelievethatheis,andthatheisarewarderofthemthatdiligentlyseekhim.”

Faith,anexpressionofconfidence,establishesreward–greatreward!

TheLordspoketoAbraham,afterHehadwaited25yearstogetIsaac,“Bringmeyourson.Iwantto‘eat’him.Sacrificehimtomeonthemountain.”Gen.22:2paraphrased).

AndAbrahamsetouttodoexactlyasGodhadcommandedhim,believingthatGodisabletoraisesonsuntohimoutofstones.(Heb.11:17-19)Confidenceextraordinaire!

AbrahambelievedGod,andbythatactoffaith,hebecamethefatherofallthatisbornagainandhasaninheritancewithGod.(Rom.4:3,16).

ItIsAnActMotivatedByTheWord

FaithisanactmotivatedbytheWordofGod.Itcanalsobedefinedasalivingforce,drawnfromthelivingWord,foralivingproof.

Itisbynatureevidential.Ifyoucan’tseetheevidence,thenwhatyouarereferringtoisnotfaith.ListentoJames2:18

“Yea,amanmaysay,Thouhastfaith,andIhaveworks;shewmethyfaithwithoutthyworks,andIwillshowtheemyfaithbymyworks.”

Faithwithoutactionisfake!Thatmeans,itisdead!(James2:17)

Faithisareflectiveact.Youcan’toperateitwithoutitbeingknow.

Itshowsinyourlooks,yourwalk,inthestatementsyoumake,inyourcountenance.

Forexample,ifitistruethatyoubelieveindivinehealing,itshouldshowbytheevidenceofyourcontinualhealthylife.

Ifitistrueyoubelieveinprosperity,itshouldshow.Jesussaid,“IfIdonottheworksofmyFather,believemenot.”(John10:37)

Faithisinthedoing,theshowingandisevident.

Jesussaidtothosemen,“Fillthewater-potswithwater.”Andtheywentaheadanddidexactlythat.Andthewaterbecamewine!(John2:1-11).

Thereisnoevidenceoffaithwithoutanact.Actionistheauthenticevidenceoffaith.Faithisfakewithoutaback-upaction.

TheBibletellsusthat“Noah,beingwarnedofGodofthingsnotseenasyet,movedwithfear,preparedanarktothesavingofhishouse;bytheinwhichhecondemnedtheworld.”(Heb.11:7)

WhenyourefusetomovebytheWordoflife,faithisnotinplace.

GodspokeandNoahmoved.Itsays,“ByfaithNoah…moved”Sofaithcompelsaction.

AmanwithawitheredhandcametoJesusandJesussaid,“Stretchforthyourhand”,andtheparalysisdisappeared!

Byfaith,whenGodcalledAbraham,heobeyed.TheBiblesays,“SoAbramdeparted…”Theactwasinplace.

Friends,it’stimetostepoutofthatpassivereligiousstate!

IfGodsaysyouarehealed,stoplookingsick!IfHesaidHehadcarriedyourpains,stopcelebratingpains!

Godtoldme,“WithlonglifewillIsatisfyyouandshowyoumysalvation.”So,Idon’tdreamdeath!Idon’tthinkdeath!Longlifemeanslonglife!TheoneIhavenowisnotlongenough,it’sstillshort,becauseI’vereadaboutverylongonesinthescriptures.

Iknowwhatlongmeans.SoI’mnotthinkingofanythingcontrary.I’mnotwritinganywillforanybody.

Thatistherealmoffaith!Faithisanact.

Youmaysoundprimitiveandunconventional,butthedignityofyourvictorywillbeundeniable!

Whenyoustopshowingit,thenit’snolongerthere.Faithisreflective.Itshows!

Itcomesbyhearing,anditworksbyactingonwhatyouhaveheard.(Rom.10:17).

In1989,Imetawomanwhohadnouterus(accordingtothedoctors).Itoldher,“Godisyourmanufacturer,andHehasspareparts.Goouttomorrowandbuyyourbaby’sthingsintheopen!”

Sheobeyed,andthatsamemonth,sheconceivedwombornowomb!Shegavebirthtoahealthybabyboy!

FaithbringsGodonthescene!AndwhenGodstepsin,oppositionbowsout!

Faithisanact.Whenyoustopshowingit,thenit’snolongerthere.Youcan’thaveitandnotshowit.Whenitstopsreflectinginyourlifestyle,thenit’snolongerthere.

IseeGodbringingaboutatranslationinyourownliferightnow!

Heisabouttochangeyourpositionthroughtheinstrumentoffaith!

Faithisanever-winning,never-failingforce!

It’stimetotakealookatscriptureslineuponline,preceptuponprecept,afterwhichyouwillcomeoutlicensedandcertifiedforvictory.

Thereisnothingintheworldthatwillnotanswertofaith–beitphysical,mental,materialorspiritual,nameit.Everythingonearthanswerstothispowerfulforcecalledfaith.Itovercomesallforcesofdarkness–economicproblems,sickness,disease,familydisintegration,untimelydeath,andeveryotherobstacleyoucanimagineonearth.

Everyproblemonearthjustmustanswertofaith,andthisiswhywemustseektounderstandandappreciateit.JesustoldPeter:

“…beholdSatanhathdesiredtohaveyou,thathemaysiftyouaswheat:ButIhaveprayedforthee,thatthyfaithfailnot:andwhenthouartconverted,strengthenthybrethren.”(Luke22:31-32)

Untilyourfaithfails,youdon’tbecomeafailure.Onceyourfaithfails,yourspirituallifefails!BecauseHabakkuk2:4tellsusthat”…thejustshalllivebyhisfaith.”

Justasheart-failureisathreattoitsvictim,afaith-failurewillmakeabelieversink!

Yourfaithwillnotfail!InJesuspreciousname.

ItIsA“HandlableForce”

“Aboveall,takingtheshieldoffaith,wherewithyeshallbeabletoquenchallthefierydartsofthewicked.”Ephesians6:16

Faithisa“Takable”substance.Itisnotapsychologicalthing.Hebrews11:1tellsus:

“Nowfaithisthesubstanceofthingshopedfor,theevidenceofthingsnotseen.”

Faithisahandlableforce,whichyoucan’thandlewithoutknowing.Onceitistaken,thetakerbecomesconsciousofthefactthat,“Thisisfaith.”

Mostofthetime,whatwecallfaithisnothingbutmentalassent.Youhearpeoplemakesuchcommentsas“Ohyes,Iknow.It’sintheBible.Itmustbetrue!”TheyagreewiththeWord,butarenotunitedpracticallywithit.

Youcan’thavefaithwithoutknowing.Youliveunderitspowerful,productiveinfluencewhenitisactuallythere.

Faithwillcontrolandaffectthewholeofyou,inlinewithwhatyoubelieve.

Faithisnotanideology.It’salivingsubstance.Youcanhandleit.Youcan’ttakeholdofitwithoutknowingit.Whenitcomes,itisasubstancethatyouwillbeconsciousof.

Outsideoffaith,Christianityhasnothingtoshow!

AllthegoodreportscontainedinthehalloffaithinHebrews11,aredirectproductsoffaithinaction.ResultsthatcannotbedeniedarewhatmakeChristianitycolourful.

Outsidefaith,Christianityiscolourless!

ItIsAWeaponOfWar

“Aboveall,takingtheshieldoffaith,wherewithyeshallbeabletoQUENCHallthefierydartsofthewicked.”Ephesians6:16

YouneedfaithtoenterintoanythingthatGodhaspackagedforyourdestiny.Andfaithisaweaponofwar.

Faithisforfighting,notfortalking.

PaulsaidtoTimothyin1Timothy6:12:“Fightthegoodfightoffaith.”

Untilyouareafighter,youdon’tbecomeawinner.

Faithisnotforquotationsandreligiouspiety.Itisaweaponofwar.ItisaprincipalaspectofthewholearmourofGod.Soitisforfighting,notforplaying.

Youareyettoovercome,manythingsbecauseyouareyettofightthem.Whenyoufight,youalwayswin.

Itiscalledthegoodfightoffaith.Notthebadfight.

Whenyouengageinafaithbattle,itisagoodfight.Thatmeanstheendissure!(1John5:4)

So,everytimeyouarestandingfirmandviolentlyinfaith,youstandvictorious.Onlyfightersbecomewinners.

Faithisnotforwritingdown,itisforfighting.Don’twatchtheenemygaingroundsinyourfamily,business,career,body,mind,etc.Don’twatchhimhavehiswayinyourlife.Fighthimtofinish!

Now,lookaroundyourlifeandseewhateverhasnotbeenworkingandforceittowork!ThekingdomofGodsufferethviolence,andtheviolenttakesitbyforce.Thatforceistheforceoffaith!

Alotofusarekingdominvestors,butsomehow,ourperspectivesrobusofourpossessions.

Ifyouworkinaplaceandattheendofthemonththeygiveyouaparticularamount,andyourunderstandingisthatthatisallthatyouhave,“Inheavenandonearth”,andaslongasyourmind’seyecan’tseebeyondaparticularrealm,youdon’texperienceanythingbeyondsuchshort-sightedness.

TheBiblesays,

“Thegodofthisworldhathblindedtheminds(nottheeyes)ofthemwhichbelievenot,lestthelightofthegloriousgospelofChrist,whoistheimageofGod,shouldshineuntothem.”(2Corinthians4:4)

Blindmindsareworsethanblindeyes!

Ifyouaretrulyaninvestor(letGodbetrueandletallmenbeliars),whatyouhaveinyourhandsisnotwhatyouhave.WhatyouactuallyhaveiswhathasaboundeduntoyouraccountwithGod.Butbecauseyouareshort-sighted,youcan’tseethatthereisanaccountbeingkeptforyou.Andthereisnowayyoucandrawfromanaccountyoudon’tknowexists.

Youmustseebeyondthephysicalmaterialyou,tothespiritualyou,beforeyoucanbegintoexperiencethisveryluxuriousflight.

IntheearlydaysofourChristianity,pastorswhodidn’tseethemselvesasworking,neverreceivedanywagesfromabove.BecauseGodhassaidthathewhodoesnotworkshouldnoteat.

Thewayyouseeyourselfisthewayyoulive!

Godhasneverfailedtopaymeevenonce,sinceIstartedworkingforHim.Iseemyselfworking,andIamactuallyworking.IwouldneverhaveworkedforanyorganisationthewayI’mworkingnow,andnoorganisationcouldhavepaidmethewayHeispayingme.ForGodisnotarobber.

Youneedtoseethatyourheavenlyaccountsarereal.

Let’sstartseeingthewayweshouldsee,andwewillstartlivingthewayweshouldlive.

IfGodsaysyouhaveanaccountinheaven,thenyouhadbetterbelievehim.It’stimetofight!

It’stimenottobeawareofwhatyou’regoingthrough,becauseyouareofGod,andyouhaveovercome,whereothersaregoingunder.

Canyouimaginesomebodywhohasbeengivingallhislifeandhasneverreceivedanythingthatonecouldsay,“ThisisfromGod!”

Therearepeoplewhohavebeengivingforthepasttenyears,yettheonlythingtheycanboastofistheirsalary!Anythingcalledfavourissofarawayfromthem,astheeastisfarfromthewest.Yettheywon’tfight!

Look,ifsicknesstouchesyourbody,andyoudon’tfight,itwillkillyou!WithGodwatching!

Friends,thosewhowinfighttowin!Ifyoucan’tseeyouraccountinheaven,evenangelswillbeweepingforyou–“Seehowfathisaccountis,andheisdyingoverthere!Hashelosthispassbook?”

Youhavebeentithingforfiveyearsandallyousayis,“Someday…Someday…”Somedayisnotwhatyouneed.Fightthedeviloutofyourway!Usethebloodandsmashhimanyday,anytime,anywhere!

Friends,wemustengageinafightifourdreamistowin.

In1969,Goddeliveredmefromtuberculosis.Thisdoesn’tmeansicknesshasnotattemptedmesincethen.Severaltimesithas.Evendeathhastriedmeseveraltimes!ButIdidn’tsay,“Godwhodeliveredmefromtuberculosis,areyouasleep?”No!Heneversleepsnorslumbers!Thisisafreshfight!

FaithistheonlywaytopleaseGod.

“ButwithoutfaithitisimpossibletopleaseHim.”(Hebrews11:6)

So,ifyou’renotafighter,youarenotpleasingGod.

“AndtheLordsaiduntome,Behold,IhavebeguntogiveSihonandhislandbeforethee:begintopossess,thatthoumayestinherithisland.”(Deuteronomy2:31)

Ifyourinheritancemustbecomeareality,youmuststandyourgroundandfight.

“Riseyeup,takeyourjourney,andpassovertheriverArnon:behold,IhavegivenintothinehandSihontheAmorite,kingofHeshbon,andhisland:begintopossessit,andcontendwithhiminbattle.”(Deuteronomy2:24)

Canyouseetheparadoxinthestory?Godsaid,“Ihavegivenyou…”ThenHesaid“…begintopossess.”

Wepossessbycontending,notbydebate.Godsaid,“Asforme,Ihavegivenyou.ButSihon,thekingofHeshbonwillresistyourinheritance.Socontendwithhiminbattle.”

GodgaveIsraelthelandofCanaanalandflowingwithmilkandhoney.Butthereweregiantsthere.AndGoddidn’tdrivethegiantsaway!AnythingGodhaspackagedforyourdestiny,youneedfaithtoenterintoit.BecausefaithpleasesGod.

Godhasgivenusallthingsthatmakeforlifeandgodliness,let’sgofighttogetit!LetGodbetrueandletallmenbeliars!

“Fightthegoodfightoffaith,layholdoneternallife,whereuntothouartalsocalled,andhastprofessedagoodprofessionbeforemanywitnesses.”(1Timothy6:12)

Wearecalledtofightthegoodfightoffaith.

ThereareSihonseverywhere,hangingoverourinheritances.Untilwebegintocontend,wedon’tpossess.

It’stimeforbattle!

Wehaveatourdisposalthebloodweapon,theoilweapon,theWordweapon!WhateverescapestheWordwillnotescapetheoil!Whateverescapestheoilwillnotescapetheblood!Yourlibertyisamust!Andfightingisthewaytoit.

Therewaswarinheaven,Godfought!(Rev.12:7).IfHehadn’tfought,Satanwouldhavebecomethemosthigh.

Knowledge

“GraceandpeacebemultiplieduntoyouthroughtheknowledgeofGod,andofJesusourLord.”(2Peter1:2)

Theplaceofknowledgeinpossessingourpossessionisimportant.

GracemeansthefreegiftofGod.

“Accordingashisdivinepowerhathgivenuntousallthingsthatpertainuntolifeandgodliness,throughtheknowledgeofhimthathathcalledustogloryandvirtue”(2Peter1:3)

IftheHolyGhostsaidGodhasgivenusallthings,let’sseethe“Devil-ghost”thatwillsayHehasn’t!

Allthingsthatlifeandgodlinessdemandhavebeengiven.IfGodhasgivenit,Hehasgivenit.Sowefightintothatinheritance.

Whateverisrelevanttoyourfulfillment,GodsaidHehasgivenit.Allthingsthatpertaintoyou–spiritual,physical,mentallife,nameit.Godhasgiven!

Sowhereisit?

Whereistheproofofyourtithesandofferings?

Howcanyoufailandsettledownasafailure?

Howcantheysayyouaresickandindeedyoustopturningyourneck?“ThegiftsandcallingsofGodarewithoutrepentance.”(ROM11:29)Godhasgivenyouallthingsthatyouwilleverneedinlife!Yes,Hehas!TherewasanocculticmanwhogavethistestimonyataFullGospelMeeting.Theywereouttofightchurches.So,theywenttovariouschurches,andscatteredthem.(Somostofthechurchesyouseethatwon’tgrow,theyareunderasiege).

Aftertheydidthatinmanyplaces,theycrossedovertoourchurch.Whentheygotthere,(accordingtothem),theysawacanopyofthorns!So,theyhadnoaccesstothechurch.

Theygotbacktotheirmeetingandsaid“Well,untilwegetthatman(referringtome),wecan’tgetinthere.”

So,theyarmedthemselves.“Wemustgettheman!”,theysaid.Theywentintotheairandstartedshootingalltheirarrows.Butsomethingamazing

happened!

Hesaidtheycouldn’tlocatemeintheair!Youknowwhy?

IwalkintheunderstandingthatIamfaraboveprincipalitiesandpower!

Manyofyoucalledbarrenwouldhavehadyourbabiesyearsago.Butbecauseyouaresoreligious,youkeepsaying,“God,Iknowyouwilldoitnextmonth.”

FaithIs“TheVictory”

“ForwhatsoeverisbornofGodovercomeththeworld;andthisisthevictorythatovercomeththeworld,evenourfaith.”(1John5:4)

FaithisTHEvictorythatovercomestheworld.Thereisnothingunderthesunthatcannotbesubduedbyit!

Whenanythingseemstobesubduingyou,itisanindicationthatyouhavenotbuiltupyourfaithinthatareaofyourlife,becausewhenfaithisthere,itsubdues.

Faithisamustafteryouarebornagain!Itisnotoptional!Itsays,MustBelieve.

Justlikebreathingisamusttokeepalive,tobespirituallyaliveinthekingdomofGod,faithisamust.

Everyoneanywhereonthisplanetearth,inthekingdomofGod,whodespisesfaith,neverobtainsagoodreport.ThegreatestnamesyouhearintheChristianworldareraisedontheplatformoffaith.Thegreatestexploitsrecordedareontheticketoffaith.

Everyhigh-risebuildinglookssoattractive,butthestrengththatkeepsitinplaceliesinitsfoundation.

EveryattractivelifeyoufindtodayinChristianityhasasurefoundationoffaith,groundedandstrong,rightdowntothedepthoftheheart!Ontheotherhand,everyshamefulChristianyouseetodayisavictimofshallownessintheadventureoffaith.

Thereisnothingyouwilleverrequireinlifethatisnotinyourredemptivepackage.Butthereisnothinginyourredemptivepackagethatyoucantakedeliveryofwithoutfaith.

FaithiswhatturnsontheexceedinggreatnessofGod’spower.Faithconnectsyoutothepowerthatclearsallobstaclesoutofyourway.

Whenfaithisatwork,thepowerofGodisconnected,whichmakesallthingspossible.

ItisfaiththatputsyouintheclassofGod.Whenfaithisatwork,thepowerofGodisinplace.

FaithisyouraccesstothepowerofGod,nottears!Withoutfaithnothinggetsdone!Assoonasfaithascendstoheaven,thepowerofGodwilldescendfromheaven.

But,howdoyoucontactfaith?

WhenyouhearHisvoice,youcan’tdoubtit.Itisfullofpower!Fullofmajesty!GodspoketoamancalledAbrahamandheneverhadaquestiontoask!

At75,Godcalledhimtoleavehiscountry,hiskindredandhisfather’shouse,andgetouttoatownthatHewillshowhim.“AndAbrahamdeparted”,withoutanyquestions!

AnotherdayGodcametohimandaskedhimtosacrificehisonlysontohim.BecauseAbrahamheardfromGod,theirresistiblevoiceofGod,heagainobeyedwithoutquestions,andthuswalkedintohisdestiny!

Youcan’thearfromheavenandnotbelieveGod.FromthedayIheard,“Hehimselftookmyinfirmities”,sicknessbecameathingofthepasttome!

OnedayIheard“JesusChristwasmadeacurse;foritiswritten,Cursediseveryonethathangethonatree.”(Gal.3:13)

WhenIheardthis,Iaskedmyself,“Whatisacurse?”IthendecidedtosearchthebookofDeuteronomy,andIdiscoveredthatlack,poverty,anddiseaseareallcurses.SoIalsodecidedtofindoutwhattheblessingsofAbrahamwere,andIfoundoutthatGodtoldAbraham:

“Iwillmakeoftheeagreatnation,andIwillblessthee:andmakethynamegreat;andthoushaltbeablessing:AndIwillblessthemthatblessthee,andcursehimthatcurseththee;andintheeshallallfamiliesoftheearthbeblessed.”(Genesis12:2-3)

ThiswaswhereIdiscoveredthattheblessingsofAbrahamdisannulledallthosecursesinDeuteronomy28.So,Iwentfortheblessings!

Anxietyisanenemyofyourprogress!Ittakesjoyandgladnesstohearfromheaven.

Jamessaid,“Isanymerry,lethimsing.”ThissimplymeansthatitisonlywhenamanismerrythathissingingwillhaveanyvaluetoGod.

Onceyouaregladandyoubegintosing,thecloudsoveryourlifeareliftedandaccesstoHisvoicebecomescheap.

Thehourhascomeforyourenemiestobedefeated!Failure,oppression,frustration,depressionandsickness,areallenemies.TheLordshallcauseyourenemiestobebeatendownasyouhearfromheaveninJesusname!

BewareOfAnxiety

God’sWordisaseed,andanyWordthatdoesn’tenterintoyouwon’thaveanyeffectonyourlife.

“Andhesaid,UntoyouitisgiventoknowthemysteriesofthekingdomofGod:buttoothersinparables;thatseeingtheymightnotsee,andhearingtheymightnotunderstand.Nowtheparableisthis:TheseedisthewordofGod.Thosebythewaysidearetheythathear;thencomeththedevil,andtakethawaythewordoutoftheirhearts,lesttheyshouldbelieveandbesaved.”(Luke8:10-12)

TheWordneverenteredthem,itfellbythewayside.

God’sWordmustgetintoyourheartbeforeitbecomesrealtoyou.Suchpeople(theonesreferredtoabove)werenotinthespirit.Theywerebusylisteninginthefleshandthedevilhasaccesstotheflesh.

“Theyontherockarethey,which,whentheyhear,receivethewordwithjoy;andthesehavenoroot,whichforawhilebelieve,andintimeoftemptationfallaway.”(Luke8:13)

Theseonesdon’thaveastrongfoundation,sotheirbuildingcan’tstand.TheyheartheWordofGodconcerningprosperity,buttheydon’thavetherightmotives.Whatdotheywantitfor?Toshowoff,tooppressothers,tomakeaname–becausetheirfoundationisoutofplace.

“Andthatwhichfellamongthornsarethey,which,whentheyhaveheard,goforth,andarechokedwithcaresandrichesandpleasuresofthislife,andbringnofruittoperfection.”(Luke8:14)

Anyonethatcarriesburdensaroundinthekingdomwillnotbeproductive.ThatiswhyJesussaid,“CastallyourcaresuponmebecauseIcareforyou.”

Healsosaid,“Beanxiousfornothing”,becauseanxietywon’tallowtheWordofGodtoproduceresultsforyou.Don’tbotheraboutwhatyoushalleatordrink,asthesearethethingsthattheGentilesseekafter.

Untilyouareatease,God’sWordhasnoaccesstoyou.

Speaktostormsinyourheartandcommandthemtobestill!Itistimetofreeyourselffromthecaresofthisworld,andfromthedeceitfulnessofriches.

Nothingworksbyanxiety,everythingworksbyfaith.

InthestoryinLuke8:23-25,whenJesuswokeup,Herebukedthewindandthestorm,andtherewasagreatcalm.Itistimetoariseandrebukethewindandthestormtormentingyourlife,andtherewillbegreatcalm!

Fromthisdayforth,Icommandagreatcalmtocomeuponyourlife!Peoplewillnolongeridentifyyouwithproblems.Agreatcalmisuponyourightnow!InJesuspreciousname.

Hewasabouttocommitsuicide.(1Kings19:4)Butwhenhegottothemouthofacave,therewasanearthquake,thenfire,andthenagreatandstrongwind.ButGodwasnotinanyofthem!Thensuddenly,therecameastillsmallvoice!

IttakesastillspirittohearGod’svoice.ThismustbethereasonwhyPaulsaid,“Studytobequiet,anddoyourownbusiness.”(1Thes.4:11)Theword“study”herecanalsobetranslatedas“Practicetobequiet.”

YoujustmustlearntohearthevoiceofGodwhichisfullofpowerandmightierthanmanywaters.Thisisabasicfundamentaltruthyouneedtounderstandforyourfaithtobeeffective.Thisvoiceisfullofmajesty!ItbreakseverycedarinLebanon!

Thus,thereisnohardnessthatthevoiceofGodcannotbreak,noristhereanyhardshipitcannothandle.Whateveritisyouareconfrontedwith,thevoiceofGodhaspowertodealwithit.

ForinstanceGodsays,“Whosoeverisweakanddesirestobestrong,lethimsay,Iamstrong.”(Joel3:10)Notjustwithyourmouth,youmustbelieveitinyourheart,sothatwhatHesayswillcometopass.

Ihaveneverseenaplantthatbearsfruitwithoutroots!Therootofwhatwesaymustbeinourhearts.Hebrews4:2tellsus:

Meeknessisanotherrequiredqualificationforaccesstofaith.

Why?

Godpersonallystandsinthewayoftheproud!SoGodbecomestheenemyoftheproud!Andallthatfaithcandoisovercometheworld,notovercomeGod!So,faithisnotsufficienttodealwithdivineopposition.WhenGodstandsinyourway,faithcan’thandleHim.

IpraythateverythingthatpridehascausedyouwillberevealedtoyoubyGodasyoureadthis,andyouwillsubmitforHisuplifting.

“SubmityourselvesthereforetoGod.Resistthedevil,andhewillfleefromyou.”(James4:7)

Everyhumblepersonhasafutureinthiskingdom–everyonewithheart-seatedhumility,notfacialhumility.

Let’slearntoapproachGodwithhumility.EverytimeyougetbacktotheWord,saytoHim“Lord,thatwhichIknownot,teachthoume.”AnytimeyouarehearingtheWordofGod,openyourheartwithallhumilityandask,“Lord,whatareyouteachingme?OpenmeupLordJesus,Iwanttolearnofyou.”ThisiswhatmakesChristianityverytasteful.

“Letthismindbeinyou,whichwasalsoinChristJesus:Who,beingintheformofGod,thoughtitnotrobberytobeequalwithGod.Butmadehimselfofnoreputation,andtookuponhimtheformofaservant,andwasmadeinthelikenessofmen.Andbeingfoundinfashionasaman,hehumbledhimself,andbecameobedientuntodeath,eventhedeathofthecross.”(Philippians2:5-8)

So,IhadtotrustHimandaskHimverydetailedquestion–“NowthatI’mgoing,howdoIeat?Whatdoyourequireofmeformyneedstobemet?”Andallthosequestionwereanswered,becauseIdidn’tknow,andwasn’taskingforfun.AndeverythingHeshowedmeisstillworkingformetillnow!

Godresiststheproud,butHegivesmoregracetothehumble.

NoprobleminthisworldisstrongenoughtoresisttheWordofGod.None!Ittakesmeeknesstolearn.Psalm25:9,says:

“Themeekwillheguideinjudgment:andthemeekwillheteachhisway.”

Jesussaidmostoftheproblemswehaveinthisworldistraceabletolackofmeekness.SoinMatthew11:28,Hetellsus:

“…learnofme;forIammeekandlowlyinheart:andyeshallfindrestuntoyoursouls.”

InLuke10:21-24,Jesusprayed:“…OFather,Lordofheavenandearth,thatthouhasthidthesethingsfromthewiseandprudent,andhastrevealedthemuntobabes:evensoFather;forsoitseemedgoodinthysight.AllthingsaredeliveredtomeofmyFather;andnomanknowethwhotheSonis,buttheFather;andwhotheFatheris,buttheSon,andhetowhomtheSonwillrevealhim.Andheturnedhimuntohisdisciples,andsaidprivately,Blessedaretheeyeswhichseethethingsthatyesee:ForItellyou,thatmanyprophetsandkingshavedesiredtoseethosethingswhichyesee,andhavenotseenthem;andtohearthosethingswhichyehear,andhavenotheardthem.”

Therearemanybusinessmentoday,whowillneverbelievethatbusinesscangoonwithGod,outsidehumanconnections.Theycan’tbelieve,it’stoomuchforthem!

I’veseenpeoplecometomyofficeandstilltalktomeaboutconnections.Theycan’tbelievethatthesethingscanwork.Theyaretoo“mature”toagreewiththat.

Maturitythatisnotleadingtosuccessisvainmaturity.

Therearemanynowwho,nomatterhowmuchyouprayforthem,stillcan’tseethemselvessurvivewithoutpills.

Therearesomepreacherswhostillcarrysomefirst-aidalongwiththemtowherevertheyaregoing–“CanIhavemypill,Ineedsomerestinmybody.”That’ssickness!Youdon’tneedallthat.Jesusnevercarriedanyfirst-aid.HewasHimselftheBalminGilead.

IoncereadaboutLesterSumrallinoneofhismagazines,whereheboldlydeclaredthatforsixty-fiveyearshehadnevertakenanymedication,yethelivedinperfecthealth!

Whiletheletterrealmistheinformationrealm,thespiritrealmistherevelationrealm.

Attheinformationrealm,youknowwhatitis,butyoucan’ttouchit.Soyoujustkeepdesiringandhoping.And“Hopedeferredmakeththeheartsick”(Prov.13:12)

Itweariesthesoul,anditgivesup–“No,Iwon’thaveanythingtodo

withChristianityanymore!It’sfake!Itdoesn’twork!”ThisisbecausethemanislivingintheletterrealmoftheWord.

ButtheSpiritrealmprovokesfaithandhelpsyoutotakedeliveryofthethingsrevealedtoyou.Untilathingisrevealedtoyou,itdoesnotbecomeyourown.Untilathingisrevealeditcannotbepossessed.Why?

Untilitisrevealed,faithisnotmademanifest,andwithoutfaith,it’simpossibletotakedeliveryofanyprovisionthatGodhasgiven.

Letusthereforegobeyondtheletterrealm.

However,ittakesyoutravellingthroughtheletterrealmtogetintothespiritrealm.

RevelationscomefromtheBible.TheBibleispackagedinletters,butbehindthelettersistheverybreathoftheAlmighty.(Is.34:16)SothereisaspiritofGodhoveringovereveryverseofscripturelikeinGenesischapterone,whentheSpiritofGodwasbroodingovertheearth.TheSpiritofGodisbroodingovereverystatementofthescriptures.Thosewhoareabletocontactthemoveofthisspirit,aretheoneswhohavetestimoniesfromthescriptures.

OnedaytheSpiritoftheLordbroughtlightintomysoulfromMatthew8:17–“Hehimselftook…”AndtheSpiritofGodemphasizedtheWord“took”,asifIwasinkindergarten,learningpresentandpasttenses!ThatisthescriptureI’mnowusingtoreignindivinehealth.WiththatscriptureIhaveadivinehealthmentality.

Friends,whentheHolySpiritpicksonaWordandfiresitintoyourspirit,itbecomesyourinheritance.

TheentranceofHisWordgiveslight(Ps.119:130).Andlightshinesindarknessanddarknesscannothandleit(John1:5).

When“TheBook”isopened,lightisreleased;light,whichdarknesscannothandle.There’sanobstacletocrosstogetinto“TheBook”However,thatobstacleisSatanhimself.Hehastobecrushedbeforeyouraccessis

established.

ThankGodthereisthevictorythatovercomeshim!Itisourfaith!ItisnotAvictory,itisTHEvictory.Ephesians6:16says:

“Aboveall,takingtheshieldoffaith,wherewithyeshallbeabletoquenchallthefierydartsofthewicked.”

Satanknowsthatwhen“TheBook”isopened,faithisinplace,andwhenfaithisinplace,heishelpless!Soheisalwayshangingaround“TheBook”tryingtogetitclosed.

ButthankGodforthebloodofJesus!Youcangaineasyaccessintothelightthat“TheBook”carries,bythebloodofJesus!(Heb.9:1-7).

TheBiblesays,“Fightthegoodfightoffaith”(1Tim.6:12).How?Everytimeyouareconfrontedwithachallenge,thefirstthingtodoisto

goforlight.Becauseeveryproblemyouwillevercomeacrossiscausedbytheprinceofthepowersofdarkness.Andlightisallyouneedtodealwithdarkness.

Thefirstthingtodowhenyouareconfrontedandyoudesirevictory,istoturntotheWord.FindoutwhatGodhastosayconcerningthatkindofsituation.FindoutwhatprovisionsGodhasmadeforyourvictory.Getbacktothebook,“searchthescriptures…”,seektolayholdonaWordfromGodthatguaranteesthevictoryyoudesire.That’swheretobegin,becausebydestinyvictorybelongstoyou.

IsGod’sWordnothammerthatbreakstherockinpieces?TheWordofGodishammer,it’sfire,it’sasword.So,whateveroppositionisaroundyou,ithasit’sanswerintheWordofGod.

Ifitisarock,thehammeroftheWordwillbreakitintopieces.Ifitisstubble,thefireistheretoconsumeit.Ifitisspiritualpersonalities,theswordistheretodealwiththem.So,whicheverwaytheoppositioncomesthrough,yoursecurityisintheWordofGod.

IoncegotaletterfromacertainReverendman.HesaidhehadsufferedhumiliationfromSatanforseventeenyears!Hewassufferingfromthreedifferentdiseases,fromwhichhecouldnotbehealed.

Forallthoseyears,hehadbeenonaconstantprayerandfasting,butthesicknesspersisted!Butonedayhearoseinsearchoflight!Hewentintoabookshopandpickedupthreebooks–HowFaithWorks,byFrederickK.C.Price,AuthorityoftheBeliever,byKennethHagin,andKeystoDivineHealth,writtenbyme.Hereadthemthroughseveraltimes.Andfollowingthe

guidelinesoutlinedinmybook,accordingtohim,hedeclaredathree-daywaragainstSatan.

Yousee,hehadbeencryingandfastingfor17years!Butfaithdoesn’tcomebyfasting,crying,orpraying,faithcomesbyhearingandhearingbytheWordofGod!Activitywasthere,butfaithwasnotthere.

Activitywon’tmoveGod.Withoutfaith,itisimpossibletopleaseGod.

SotheReverendorganisedknowledge,throughdiligentstudy,andlaidholdonfaith!Then,hewasreadytofight!

Finally,heendedthethree-daywaragainstSatanwiththecommunion–thefleshandthebloodofJesus.

Immediately,hesaid,theseventeenyearoldbondageonhimwasbroken!

Thatisthepoweroffaith,contactedthroughknowledge!Thefirststeptovictorythereforeisknowledge,whichyoumustconsciouslyseekfor.

Stopwishingknowledge!Workitout!

IttakesfaithtomoveGod,andfaithcomesbytheWordofGod.

It’stimetogetholdoftheWordofGodthatguaranteesyourvictory.

YouknowwhyI’msayingallthese?It’sbecauseHesaid,“Fightthegoodfightoffaith.”Andyouknowthatwarfareisfoughtbystrategies.Eveninthenatural,warfareisnotbynoise,itisbystrategy.

Ifyoumustquenchallthefierydartsofthedevil,youmusthaveanideaofhowtooperatetheweaponoffaith.It’snotenoughtohearit.Hearingisnotequaltofaith.

Faithisaconsciousdecision.Faithcomesbyhearing,yes!Butifyoustopatthat,itisnotfaith.Yourhearinggivesyouanopportunitytotakeadecisionforaction–basedonwhetheryoubelievewhatyouhaveheardornot.

So,gettingtheWordisonesolidstep.Then,releasingyourfaithisanotherspecificsteptovictory.Ittakesfaithtomakewhatyouhaveheardwork.

“Foruntouswasthegospelpreached,aswellasuntothem:butthewordpreacheddidnotprofitthem,notbeingmixedwithfaithinthemthatheardit.”(Hebrews4:2)

Youmustconsciouslyanddiligentlyapplyyourselftowhatyouhavediscoveredin“TheBook.”Thisisaconsciousstagethatisoftenskipped.Ifyoudon’ttakethatstep,youwillonlyassumethatfaithisthere,meanwhileitisn’t.

YouarresttheactivityofthedeviloveryourlifebecauseyouhaveheardGod’sWordonthematter.

Afteryouhaveheardit,youbegintomeditateonit.Justlikenaturalfood,whenyouputitinyourmouth,youbegintochewit,thenitgoesdowntoyourintestine.Onlythendoesitbecomesubstanceforyoubody.

YouneedtoallowtheWordofGodtogetintoyourheartbygrindingituntilthesubstanceofitgetsacross,andimmediately,youwillknowyouhavecontactedsomething!

Isawpoverty,Ihatedit!Ihatedlack!SoIwentinsearchofknowledge.AndIhitarevelation!Then,averdictwasendorsedinheavenasIdeclared,“Icanneverbepoor!”

Whenthelightcame,Iknew.Faithisatangiblething.Itcan’tcomewithoutyouknowing.It’saweapon!Asubstantialoneatthat.Whenitcomeyouknowyoumustcometoapointwhereyouknowwhenithascome.Stopguessing!Friends,it’stimetogoforthelight!

Chapter4:Hope

“Nowfaithisthesubstanceofthingshopedfor…”(Hebrews11:1)

HopecomesbytheWord.SoalsofaithcomesbytheWord.Butittakesfaith,fertilisedbyhope,forresultstobedelivered.

Faithgivessubstancetoyourhope.Tobehopelessistobehelpless!

Everytimeyougiveuponanissue,youbecomeabsolutelyhopeless.NotevenGodcanhelpyouthen,becausewithoutfaith,itisimpossibletopleaseHim.

Nomatterhowstrongyourfaithis,withouthopeitisunproductive.

Haveyoueverfoundaman,nomatterhowstrongheis,whogavebirthtochildrenwithoutawoman?

Faithgivessubstancetohope–thereisafertilizationthatproducesaneventualevidence.So,ifthereisnohope,faithhasnovalue!

Therearequitealotofpeopleoperatingatthefrequencyofhopelessness,yettheyareexpectingfaithtoproduce.Faithminushopeisbarren!

Whatfaithdoesistofertilizehope.Whereverthereisnohope,faithisworthless.

Whenyouhearpeoplesaythingslike:“Itcan’twork!Itisahopelesssituation!YoujustneedtounderstandwhatI’msaying.Youdon’tknowwhatI’mgoingthrough”,leavesuchamanalone.Nothingwillworkforhim!

Friends,everytimeyouconcludeacaseashopeless,youhavekilledthecase!

Hopeisthemotheroftheevidencethatfaithproduces.Whenhopeisdead,faithisvalueless.Thereisnothingyoucan’tseecomingthatwillevercome.

I’mgladtoletyouknowthough,thatifyou’rebornagain,bydestinyyouwillnevergettoapointofhopelessnessinanyareaofyourlife.YouhavethatassuranceinEcclesiastes9:4:

“Fortohimthatisjoinedtoallthelivingthereishope:foraliving

dogisbetterthanadeadlion.”

ThereishopeforanyonejoinedtothelivingGod,inwhateversituationhemightfindhimself.

Bydestinyyouareacreatureofhope–hopethatmakethnotashamed–becauseithasthebackingoftheSovereignGod.

Heisthevineandyouarethebranches.So,theBiblesaysthereishopeforyou.BecauseyouarejoinedtothelivingGod,thereishopeforyou.

Listen,nocasecanbeclosedexceptbyyou!Don’tletwhatanydoctorsayskillyourfaith!

Everytimeyoulackexpectation,youwon’tseeanymanifestation,becauseexpectationisthemotherofmanifestation.Nothingcomestolightexceptitisfirstconceived,andthenitisreleased.

Thisisyourhour!

Youmustbeabletoseeaheadwhatyouwanttotouchandhandle.Ihaveneverseentroubleaheadofme;evenwhenpeopletalktomeindreams,Ianswerback!

Hopeiswhatmakesfaithproductiveanddynamic,andplacestheresultsyouareexpectinginyourhands.

LookatAbraham’scase:

Despiteallodds,Abrahambelieved!Whenitwasnolongersensibletohavehope,Abrahamstillbelieved!SeehowtheBibledescribedit:

“Whoagainsthopebelievedinhope…”

It’ssimplyamazing!

Abrahamwasnotweakinfaith.

Friends,doyouknowwhathopedoes?

Itstrengthensyourfaith!

Nowconcerningthatsituation,tellyourself,“Itisnotover.Thiscan’tjustbetheend!UntilIwin,nobodywillblowthefinalwhistle.”

Hopestrengthensfaith.“Andbeingnotweakinfaith,becausehebelievedinhope”,theBiblesaysAbrahamconsiderednothisownbody,whichwasasgoodasdead.Nocounselloratthetimecouldhaveofferedhimanyencouragement.Buthopewasinplace,sohisfaithdidnotdie!

Aslongasyouhavehope,yourfaithwillremainalive.

Abraham“considerednot…”Activefaithdisregardscontraryevidences.Abrahamconsiderednothis

ownbody,northe“deadnessofSarah’swomb”!Thisiswhatthepowerofhopeisallabout.Itdeadensyourconsiderationofwhattheworldcallsfacts.

Hopemakesyoubecomedeadtofactsandalivetofaith.Itdestroysthepowerfactsmightwanttohaveoveryou,andenthronestheforceoffaith.

Hopetellsyou,“It’snotover!”

“HestaggerednotatthepromiseofGod…”(Romans4:20)

Whenhopeisinplace,youfindyourselfdisregardingcontraryopinions,comments,andreports.Whenyoudothis,youbecomestable.ItisnotjustwhatGodsaysthereforethatisimportant,whatyouseeisalsoimportant.

Hopetellsyou,“Icanseeitclearly.Iwon’tgetanythingcontrarytowhatGodhassaidandwhatIhavebelieved”.Andfaithtellsyou,“Godisequaltothetask.”

Friends,itisveryimportanttounderstandtheplaceofhopeintheoperationsoffaith.

Intheearlyyearsofthisfaithmovement,quitealotofpeoplefelthopeisanenemyoffaith.Theyweresaying,“Faithisnow.”

“Nowfaithisthesubstanceofthingshopedfor,theevidenceofthingsnotseen.”(Hebrews11:1)

Faithgivessubstancetohope.Hopehastobetherefirst.Whenhopeisdead,thesubstanceoffaithisworthless.Haveyoueverseenorheardofadeadwomanwhobecamepregnant?Whenhopeisdead,faithisgone!Itbecomesvalueless.

AsfarasGodisconcerned,nocasethatwilleverconfrontyouishopeless.Idon’tknowwhatyourdoctorsmighthavetoldyou,orwhatyourfriendshavesaid,butGodisassuringyourightnowthatthereishope.

Ifyoucancontacthope,thenyouhavecreatedanatmosphereforfaithtocomealiveandforevidencetocomeforth.

Thereishopeforyou!Yourcaseisnotclosed,andcanneverbeclosed!Untilitisdecidedinyourfavour.

Abrahamsawthepromise.Thatwasthereasonhedidn’tstagger.

Faithisseeingtheunseen.

2Corinthians4:18says:“Whilewelooknotatthethingswhichareseen,butatthethingswhicharenotseen:forthethingswhichareseenaretemporal;butthethingswhicharenotseenareeternal.”

Thatfailureyouseemtobegoingthrough,thatfrustration,thatobviouspressingneedinyourlife,thatismakingyourunfrompillartopost,arealltemporary!Onlythethingsthatarenotseenareeternal.Eternalmeansindestructible.

“Andbeingfullypersuaded,thatwhathehadpromised,hewasablealsotoperform”(Romans4:21)

Hopeiswhatwillhelpyoutoignoreanddisregardeverythingcontrarytoyourexpectations.Itwillmakeyoufullypersuadedandhelptostabilizeyou.

Jamessaid:

“Adouble-mindedmanisunstableinallhisways.”(James1:8)

Suchaman,hesays,shouldnotexpecttoreceiveanythingfromGod.

Whenyouhavelocatedapromiseinthescriptures,youcanbelieveitinyourheart,butuntilyouseeitclearly,youcan’tdeclareitboldly.Thisisprobablythereasonsyouhavenotbeenabletodeclaremanythingsyourheartbelievesboldly–youareyettoseethemclearly.

Youwomanthathas“beenbelieving”Godforachild,seeyourchildinyourhandrightnow.Ifyoucanseeit,noonecancounselyoutobecareful.Youwillshoutitanywhere(thatyourbabyisontheway)andmakeeverybodymad!

IfyouknewmewhenIfirststartedshoutingprosperity,youwouldhavelaughedmetoscorn,likemanydid!

TherewasnothingtoshowthatitwasrealIwastheonlyonethatcouldseeit.IcouldseeitsoclearlythatIdidn’tneedtoprayaboutit.

THESOURCEOFHOPE

Hopeandfaithhavethesamesource,whichistheWordofGod.

“Whoagainsthopebelievedinhope,thathemightbecomethefatherofmanynations,accordingtothatwhichwasspoken,Soshallthyseedbe.”(Romans4:18)“(Asitiswritten,Ihavemadetheeafatherofmanynations,)beforehimwhomhebelieved,evenGod,whoquickeneththedead,andcalleththosethingswhichbenotasthoughtheywere.”(Romans4:17)

Abrahamwasfullypersuadedthatwhat,Godhadspoken,Hewasabletoperform.

Hopeisnotwhatyoucarrynaturally,itissparked-offfromthesamesourcewherefaithisbuilt.

TheWordGodspeaksiswhatimpartshopeintous.

IdleChristiansdon’thavehope!

HopeisaproductoftheWordofGod,justlikefaithis.Hopeseesit,whilefaithcatchesupwithit.Hopesetsthepace,whilefaithscoresthegoal.

Thequestionyounowneedtoaskyourselfis,“Whatseestthou?”Whatyoucan’tseetodayyouwon’ttouchtomorrow.

Youmustbeabletoseewhatliesahead,otherwisefaithhasnogoaltoscore.Haveyoueverseenafootballpitchwheretherearenogoalposts?Howwillyouknowwhoiswinning?

Hopesetsthepace,faithscoresthegoal.

ItistimetogothroughtheWord,contacthope,anduseyourfaithtoscorethegoal.

Youwillnolongerfail,inJesusname!

ThescripturessaythattheLordwillperfectallthingsthatconcernsyou.Thatyourfamilyisperfectable.Thatbusinessofyoursisperfectable.Soarethoseyourchildren,andthatcareerofyours!

Godcannotlie,thereforewehavehopethateternallifeisareality.Justasamancannotbepregnant,soGodcannotlie!

HopeandfaithareexpressionsofourconfidenceintheintegrityofGod.

HowcanyoudoubtHimandstillsecureHisfavour?IfHesays“Hetook”theHetook!IfHesays“Heisperfecting,thenHeisperfecting!IfHesaysHewillsupply,thenHewillsupply!For“theythatseektheLordshallnotlackanygoodthing.”

BecauseGodcannotlie,wehavehope.Hebrews6:18

“Thatbytwoimmutablethings,inwhichitwasimpossibleforGodtolie,wemighthaveastrongconsolation,whohavefledforrefugetolayholduponthehopesetbeforeus.”

Strongconsolationheremeansstrongfaith.IfHesaidbecauseyouservetheLordyourGod,thatHewillblessyourbreadandyourwater,expecttoseeyourbreadandwaterblessed.

IfHeassuredyouthatHewilltakesicknessfromyourmidst,expectsicknesstobetakenawayfromyou.

IfHesaidyoushallnotbebarren,norcastyouryoung,don’texpecttobeavictimofbarrennessormiscarriage.

IfHesaidHewillfulfilthenumberofyourdays,don’texpecttodieyoung.

Tellyourself,“IamservingGod,thereforeIwillnotlackbreadnorwater.Icannotbebarren!Norcanbeavictimofmiscarriage.WhateverIdomustproduce,Iwillnotdieyoung.ThenumberofmydaysGodwillfulfil.”

Thisishowhopeisbuiltup.

GodwilldowhatHehassaid.Heiseternallycommitted.Nomatterwhatyouhaveseenorheardthroughanydream,theyareallelementaryissues.TherealthingiswhatGodhassaid.Thescripturescannotbebroken!

Friends,itistimetoseeyourselfvictorious,healthyandprosperous.Seeyourselfontop,lending,andneverborrowing,givingandneverbegging,distributingandnotjustcollecting!

Chapter5:FaithBoosters

Therearesomefactorsthatboostsone’sfaith,wheninplace.Itwillbegoodforyoutoknowthemandunderstandthem,sothatasyouapplyyourselftothem,youseeyourfaithproduceamazingresults.

WhereIsYourHeart?

“Andnowabidethfaith,hope,(love),thesethree;butthegreatestoftheseis(love).”(1Corinthians13:13)“ForinJesusChristneithercircumcisionavailethanything,noruncircumcision;butfaithwhichworkethbylove.”(Galatians5:6)

TherewasatimealawyercametoJesusandaskedHim,“Whichisthegreatcommandmentinthelaw?”AndJesusansweredinMatthew22:37-40:

“ThoushaltlovetheLordthyGodwithallthyheart,andwithallthysoul,andwithallthymind.Thisisthefirstandgreatcommandment.Andthesecondislikeuntoit,Thoushaltlovethyneighbourasthyself.Onthesetwocommandmentshangallthelawandtheprophets.”

EveryplanofGodforyouanchorsonthestatement“ThoushaltlovetheLordyourGodwithallthyheart.”

Ifthisismissing,thenyourfoundationisnotinplace.ItisthefoundationforafruitfulChristianity.

Faiththatisalwayschasingafterthethingsoftheworldisquestionable.ButwhenyoubegintoseektheexpansionandpromotionofGod’sKingdom,youareoperatingBiblefaithyouwanttoseetheKingdomofGodlifted,youwanttoseethegloryofGodmadeknown.

Godknowsyouneedmanythings(Heisnotapretender),butthosethingswon’tcomeyourwayasyouchaseafterthem.YoumustchaseafterGod,becausewhentheLordisyourshepherd,goodnessandmercyarecompelledtofollowyou.Youarenotcalledtofollowthem,theyhavebeenprogrammedtofollowyou,aslongasyouarefollowingtheLord.

Ifyouwantyourfaithtoremainonanautomaticfrequency,youmustlovetheLordwithallyourheart,soulandmind.Thisisthefirstandgreatcommandment.

ItistimetofocusallyourattentiononGod,notonyourself,fameor

funds.

ThereisnomanwhotrulylovesGod,whoisnotaloverofmen.ShowmeaGod–loveranyday,andIwillshowyouamen–lover.ItisimpossibletoloveGodwhomyouhavenotseen,whenyouhatemenwhomyoucansee.(1John4:20)

Faithworksbylove.God’slovemustbeinyourheartforfaithtodeliveranythingtoyou.TheBiblesayseyehasnotseen,norearheard,norhasitenteredtheheartofanyman,thethingsGodhaspreparedforthosewholoveHim.(1Corinthians2:9)

Paultheapostle,amanofgreatrevelation,saidthattherearethreemainforcesthatestablishvictoryforaChristian–faith,hope,andlove.Butthegreatest,hequicklyadds,islove.

Hopeisuselesswithoutfaith,andfaithisuselesswithoutlove.Ittakesthesethreeforces,workinghandinhand,forvictorytobeestablished.Theyareathree-foldcordthatcannoteasilybebroken(Eccl.4:12)

LetGodknowyouloveHim.LetyourheartbegintobeatafterHim.

MakesureyourplansanddesiresareKingdom-oriented,andyouwilldiscoverlifeissocheap.

Godissayingtoyourightnow,“Iknowyouneedmanythings,butseekfirstthekingdomofheavenanditsrighteousness,andallotherthingsshallbeaddedtoyou.”(Matt.6:33).

Forthreeandahalfyears,thetwelvediscipleswererunningafterthekingdomandwhathappened?Foodandwaterwererunningafterthem.Strength,healthandeveryotherformofgoodnessandmercywerepursuingthem.

IfonlyyouwillcarrythiskindofKingdomperspective,goodnessandmercywillpursueyouthesamewayitpursuedtheapostles.

MakeadecisiontobecommittedtoanythingthatwillpromotetheKingdomofGod.Putinyourtime,energy,resourcesandeverythingyouhavebeengiftedwith.

Commitmentandabsolutededicationtothewelfareandexpansionofthekingdomjustmustbecomeyourlifestyle.Thenyou’lldiscoverthatyounolongerneedtoprayforsicknesstogo,asitwon’thavewheretostayaroundyouanylonger.

“Andbeyenotdrunkwithwine,whereinisexcess;butbefilledwiththeSpirit.”(Ephesians5:18)

AndyourememberJesussaid:

“…ThewordsthatIspeakuntoyou,theyarespirit,andtheyarelife.”(John6:63)

SowhenthescriptureistalkingaboutbeingdrunkwiththeSpirit,it’sinvariablytalkingaboutbeingdrunkwiththeWordofGod,becausetheWordofGodisSpirit.

WhenyouaredrunkwiththeWordyoustoptalkingandbehavingnormally.

Untilyouareintoxicatedwithwine,youdon’tcomeunderitsinfluence.

Soalso,untilyou’reintoxicatedwiththeWordofGod,youdon’tcomeunderitsinfluence.

FromthetimeIgotdrunkwiththeWordofprosperity,I’vebeenshouting,“Icannotbepoor!”Nowpovertyhaslostmyaddress!Itdoesn’tknowwhereIliveanymore.Wearenotcompanions,neitherarewecolleagues!Wedon’tbelongtothesamerealm.

Ispokepovertyawayfrommyterritory!

Fastenyourseatbeltoryou’llbethrownoutintotrouble!

Outoftheabundanceoftheheartthemouthspeaks.Notjustintheheart,buttheabundanceofit.Somuchofit,thatyoucan’tbefreefromitsinfluence.

Oncewhenmywifewasbeingattacked,Itoldher,“Youdon’tneedfaithtobewell.EvenasChrististheSaviourofthebody,sothehusbandisthesaviourofthewife.Youdon’tneedfaith,mineisenoughtogetyououtofthatbed.So,comealive!Relaxandcomealive!”

ThatWordfromEphesians5:23cameandtoppedtheotherWordsinsidemyheartandgotmedrunk!Iwentfromonefrequencytoanother.Andthatwasit!Ineverneededtoprayaboutthesituation.Isimplywentanddischargedherfromthehospital!

ThatwasbyasuperioritycomplexthatcomesfrombeingdrunkwiththeWord.

Friend,youneedtocomeunderthisinfluence,bymovingyourselftointoxicationlevelinyourWordcontact.

It’stimetogetdrunkwiththewineoftheWord,becausetheWordprevailsinauthorityandpower,andinthedemonstrationoftheSpirit,anytime,anywhere.

It’snotthatwearenotenlightened,buttheWordofGodhasmadusraw.Adrunkenmanforgetshisenlightenmentandstaggersvomitsandspeaksanythingundertheinfluenceofalcohol,ascommandedbyalcohol.

Chapter7:Believe!Speak!

“Forwiththeheartmanbelievethuntorighteousness;andwiththemouthconfessionismadeuntosalvation.”(Romans10:10)

Thereisabelievingontheinsideandaspeakingforthontheoutsidethatgivesbirthtothecreativeforceoffaith.

Theheartandmouthcombinedequalsthecreativeforceinman.Whatyoubelieveontheinsideandyouspeakforthontheoutside,iscreatedforyou.

Mark11:23says:“ForverilyIsayuntoyou,Thatwhosoevershallsayuntothismountain,Bethouremoved,andbethoucastintothesea;andshallnotdoubtinhisheart,butshallbelievethatthosethingswhichhesaithshallcometopass;heshallhavewhatsoeverhesaith.”

Friend,thisisaverycheapdefinitionofthecreativepoweroffaith.

Believingintheheartandspeakingwiththemouth,givesbirthtothecreativeforceoffaith.

Whateveristargetedwiththatweaponmustproduce.

Throughfaith,GodbelievedinHisheart,andGodspokewithHismouth,andeverythingHesaidcametobe!Godhasplacedaweaponinyourhandandinmyhand.Hesaid,“Thoushalttakethisrodinthinehand,wherewiththoushaltdosigns.”(Ex.4:17).

Goddoesnotlooklikemanlooks.Manlooksattheoutward,Helooksattheheart.Thewomanwiththeissueofbloodsaidwithinherheart,Godheardit–becausewhatshesaidinherheartcametopass.

Whatareyousayingwithinyourself?

Youhavetwomouths–theexternalandtheinternal.Wecanonlyseetheexternal,buttheAlmightyhasaccesstotheinternal.BoththeexternalandtheinternalweighthesametoHim.

Isaiah44:26says:“Thatconfirmeththewordofhisservant,andperformeththecounselofhismessengers;thatsaithtoJerusalem,Thoushaltbeinhabited;andtothecitiesofJudah,Yeshallbebuilt,andIwillraiseupthedecayedplacesthereof.”

So,whatyousayandwhatyouthinkweighthesameinthesightofGod.

ThePropheticNatureOfTheWord

InEzekiel37:1-10,weseethepowerofwords.Inthemosthopelessvalleyofdrybonescametheprophet’svision,inwhichGodinstructedhimonwhattodo,andhecomplied.Andweseethedrybonesrespondandriseuptoformagreatarmy!

Nomatterhowdryyoursituation,anythingGodtellsyoutodo,doit.ThosebonesweredryenoughforEzekieltosay,“thereisnopoint”.Butheanswered,“OhLordthouknowest…”Hewentaheadtoprophesy,foolishly,sotospeak,ashewascommanded.

Everystatementofscriptureisacommandment–“Amoresurewordofprophecy”Petercallsit.Theyarenotonlytobelearnt,theyaretobeproclaimed.Theyaretobedeclared.Theyaretobeprophesied.

EverythingGodhassaidaboutyouisaprophecyforyou.EverythingHehassaidaboutSatanisaprophecyaboutSatan.EverythingHehassaidaboutfruitfulnessisaprophecyforfruitfulness.Soalso,everythingHehassaidaboutvictoryisaprophecyforvictory–becausenoscriptureisofanyprivateinterpretation.Petersaid:

“Wehavealsoamoresurewordofprophecy;whereuntoyedowellthatyetakeheed,asuntoalightthatshinethinadarkplace,untilthedaydawn,andthedaystarariseinyourhearts.Knowingthisfirst,thatnoprophecyofthescriptureisofanyprivateinterpretation.Fortheprophecycamenotinoldtimebythewillofman:butholymenofGodspakeastheyweremovedbytheHolyGhost.”(2Peter1:19-21)

SoyoutakeheedtothepropheticnatureoftheWord.Itisaweaponofwarfare.Ezekielsaid:

Thereisanexceedinggreatnessunderlyingthatseeminghopelessnessyou’reseeing.Thecreativeforceoffaithwillbringitout.

Romans10:8-9says:“Butwhatsaithit?Thewordisnighthee,eveninthymouth,andin

thyheart;thatis,thewordoffaith,whichwepreach;ThatifthoushaltconfesswiththymouththeLordJesus,andshaltbelieveinthineheartthatGodhathraisedhimfromthedead,thoushaltbesaved.”

Everymountaincanbeleveled,everyvalleycanbefilled,ifyoubelieveinyourheartandconfesswithyourmouth.

Thewordsyouspeakareseedsawaitingharvest.Whenyouspeakmiraclewordsitneverfails.Whenyouspeakvictorywords,drawingstraightfromscriptures,youhavevictoryharvest.

ThesearethepropheciesprovokingmetosaythethingsIsay.Thatisit!

Untilyou’reabletodeclareit,youneverpossessit.Thisisthehiddenforcebehindthetriumphantsaint.

Nodevilcanstoptheeffectofyourwords.NotwithwhatJesussaysinLuke10:19:

“BeholdIgiveuntoyoupowertotreadonserpentsandscorpions,andoverallthepoweroftheenemy:andnothingshallbyanymeanshurtyou.”

ThatpowerHehasgivenyouisinyourmouth.

ThewordsthatcomefromyoucarrythepowerofGodalone.Whatyousayunderanycircumstanceiswhatholds.

Forinstancenomatterwhatandhowyoufeelinyourbody,don’tsay,“Iamsick,”becausewhatyousayiswhatholds.Satangivesupaslongasyouarespeakingthewordoffaith.

Angelsstandatattentiontocarryoutexactlywhatyousay.Youcan’tturnaroundandsay“Iwasonlyjoking.”

ProphetJoelsaid,“LethimthatisweaksayIamstrong;”thenhebecomesstrong;asSatanwhoisattackinghishealthgivesup,angelscometoministertohimandGodgoesaheadtoconfirmhisword.So,youcan’thaveanythinglessthanamiracle.

ThisiswhyGod’sformulaforsuccessandprosperitysays:

“Thisbookofthelawshallnotdepartoutofthy…”(Joshua1:8)

AndRomans10:8says:“…Thewordisnighthee,eveninthymouth…”

Yourmouthisthecompassofyourlife.Whatyousaytodayiswhatyoubecometomorrow.Thewordsofyourmoutharepacesettersofyourdestiny.Theyareseedsandwhatsoeveramansows,thatheshallreap.

Goodsuccessliesinyourmouthmorethananywhereelse.Thisisbecauseyourmouthiswhatgivesexpressiontoyourfaith,givingbirthtoacreativeforce.Andwithacreativeforce,amiraclecomesalive.

Proverbs18:21hasthistosay:“Deathandlifeareinthepowerofthetongue:andtheythatloveitshalleatthefruitthereof.”

So,howmuchlifeyouenjoyisdeterminedbyhowmuchofityouspeak.Whenyouspeakdeath,itcomes,youspeaklife,itflows!Choosewhichoneyouwant.

Acts14:3says:“Speakingboldly…”Notspeakingpiouslyorsympathetically.ButspeakingboldlyintheLord.

Thus,thesignsandwondersGoddidthroughtheirhandscamethrough

Howboldlyyouspeakdetermineshowgreatthemiraclesaredone.

Everytimeyou’respeakingfromtheWordofGod,you’respeakingfromarealmthatcannotberesisted.

“Aboveall,takingtheshieldoffaith,wherewith,yeshallbeabletoquenchallthefierydartsofthewicked.”(Ephesians6:16)

“Wehavingthesamespiritoffaith,accordingasitiswritten,Ibelieved,andthereforehaveIspoken;wealsobelieve,andthereforespeak.”

IfHegivesmensalvationonthespot,Hewillgiveyouanythingyouaskfor,onthespot.Checkthroughthegospels,ineveryactofChrist,therewasnoinstancewherefaithwasdeferred.Hisresponsetofaithwasalways“straightway”or“immediately”.

BartimaeusbelievedandJesusrespondedonthespot(Mark10:52).

AndinIsaiah41:21Hesaid:“Produceyourcause,saiththeLord:bringforthyourstrongreasons,saiththeKingofJacob.”

SowhenyouaretalkingtoHim,putyourreasonstogether.Notordinaryreasons,strongreasons(whichyouhavediscoveredfromHisword)thatguaranteeyourvictory.

James5:15says,“Andtheprayeroffaith,shallsavethesickandtheLordshallraisehimup.”

Whenyoupraytheprayeroffaith,theLordstepsin.

TheBiblesays,“Lethimaskinfaith…”So,youdon’tpraytogetfaith,yougetfaithbeforeyoupray.Youcollect

faithbeforeyoupray,becauseonlytheprayeroffaithmatters.

AfteryouhaveremindedGod,becauseHeabidesfaithful,andHecannotdenyHimself,henowsaystoyou,“Youarejustified.Youaredischargedandacquitted.”

It’slikeyouhavebeeninprison,andnowaletterofreleaseisbeinghandedtoyou,incasethewarderisnotaware.

4THSTEP:Afteryouhavebeenjustified,younowdowhatyoupleasewiththesituation.GodissettofulfilHisword.

Mark11:23says:“Ifyouwillsaytothismountain…”So,youlookatthatmountain(thatsituation,thatissue,thatcondition)and

youdeclareboldly:“Getlost!Godhasjustifiedme.Getlostnow!Nottomorrow!”

Youhavelocatedtheknowledge,youhaveconsciouslyreleasedyourfaith,youhaveremindedGodofHisword(becauseyoubelievedit),nowGodhasjustifiedyou.

So,lookattheoppositionandsaytoit,“Shotupthere!I’minchargehere!”

Godwon’tspeaktothemountainforyou,youaretheonetodoit.

ManyofusaresobusytalkingtoGod,butwehavenotsaidathingtothemountain.

Godhasjustifiedyoulongesttime,butthe‘Warder’isstillpretendingnot

tobeaware.

So,showhimyourletterofrelease.

Afteryourletterofreleaseyouarepermittedtoberudetothewarder.Youarenolongerunderhisrule.

That’sthereasonIshoutdownwitchesandocculticforces.BecauseIhaveinmyhandablood-sealedletterofrelease!

Friends,prayerisnottheendofit,youhavetoclearthedebris,theobstacles,outofyourway.Sospeaktothemountain.

Havingaddressedthemountain,becausetheBiblesaysitmustgowhenyoudoso,nowbelieveGodthatthemountainhasbeenremoved.

5THSTEP:Thisisthestagewhereyoudemonstrateyourvictory.So,youdon’tactfrustratedorsickanywhere.So,allthethingsyouhadbeentoldnottoeat,ifyouaremarried,younowtellyourwifetoprepareexactlythatthing.

Friends,allthefruitsofthefieldareforyourfood.Adoctoristoosmalltotellyouwhatnottoeat!

Afteraddressingthedevilthatisoppressingyourbusiness,stopdoingasifitisstillthere.1Samuel2:3tellsusthatGodisaGodofknowledgebywhomallactionsareweighed.

byGod,andifitisfoundwanting,thereisnoresult.

YourememberwhatHesaidtoNebuchadnezzar?“Mene,Mene,Tekel,Upharsin.”(Daniel5:25)

Godweighsactions.Soit’stimetodemonstrateyouractions,themountainsaregone.

6THSTEP:Makeyourvictory,yourdeliverance,yourhealingpublic,bydeclaringitloud.Don’tbeashamedofsayingitanywhere.Paulsaid:

Thisishowtofightthegoodfightoffaith.

“IwastohavethisbabyI’mcarryinghereinmyhandsbyinduction.Buttheinductionfailed,andthenextalternativewastobeCaesarianSection(CS).SoIcarriedhimforamonthmore,buttothegloryofGod,Ihadhimbydivineintervention.Thedevilwasnotsatisfied.

WhenIhadhim,thescrotrumsacwassobig,andhehadanotherlumpinit,apartfromthetestes.He’sbeencarryingitsinceIhadhim,andheis5monthsoldnow.

Ihavebeenusingtheanointingoilonhim,yetnothinghappened.Iwenttoseethedoctorlastweek.Hesaidthere’snothingthatcanbedoneexceptthroughoperation.

“In1992IhadmyfirstbabybyCaesarianSectionbecauseitwasbreech.Januarylastyear,myhusbandandIgotbornagaininthischurchandduringtheJanuaryBreakthrough,ItoldGodIdon’twanttogivebirththroughC/Sagain.

WhenIgotpregnantagain,Irefusedtouseanydrugs,Ikeptonanointingmyselfwiththe‘powerofGod’everymorning,afternoonandnight.

Whenitwastimeformetogivebirth,Iwenttoregisterinahospitalandonexamination,theytoldmethebabywasbreech.ThentheHolySpiritspoketomyhearttogoandmeettheBishop.ImettheBishop,helaidhandsonmeandcommandedthechildtobeintherightposition.

Onthedayofthedelivery,Idecidednottogotothehospital,Iwenttoafaithclinicinstead,wheretheydon’tusedrugs.Thedoctorstillconfirmedthatthebabywasbreech.ButIbelievedthatifIhavelefttheearthlydoctorstoruntotheHeavenlyDoctor,Hewillnotletmedown.

Whenthebabywascoming,itwaswiththebuttocksandtheshoulder.SinceIdidn’tknowtheimplication,IjustbelievedthatIwon’thaveanyproblem.Thecontractionsprogressedandthebaby’slegscameout.Whenitgottotheneck,thecontractionsseized,Icouldn’tpushagain.Thelegwasoutsideandtheneckwasinside.

ThenIrememberedGod’spromiseofstrengthinIsaiah41:10.ItoldGodIneededthatstrengthnow.ThenIpushedandtheheadcameout.Thechildcameouttired,hecouldn’tcry.Isaid“I’mnotgoingtoleaveherecrying.ThischildisgoingtoleaveherecryingandI’mgoingtoleaveherelaughing.”

IrememberedtheBishoponcesaythatwhenwearefacetofacewiththedevilweshouldshowhimourreceipt–theBloodofJesus.SoIstartedpleadingthebloodofJesusoverthechild.

Thewoman(whotookthedelivery)onherpartkeptspeakingthepromisesofGod,askingGodtobreathHisbreadthuponthechild.TothegloryofGod,2hourslaterthechildcried!PraisetheLord!”
