The fiscal court is to pro­vide funding for stipends related to management and operations of county recre­ation programs to not exceed $20,000 for 2019-20; pro­vide use of county equipment when needed; reimburse the city for electric at athletic park; reimburse Pendleton County Water District for usage of water at athletic park; provide a partial salary for position of groundskee­per not to exceed $4,600 for 2019-20; Provide $20,000 for maintenance and projectS at athletic park with fiscal court approval; provide 113 of any major maintenance or repair cost but must have fis­cal court approval.

The Recreation Commis­sion provides the recreation programs for the youth; makes payment for mowing services for the athletic part up to $8,000 in 2019-20;
