We look forward to welcoming you on board Juvel II
As ”Juvel II” visits some of the har-bours in Orkney, you are invited on board to have a guided tour of the ship and share in our refreshments, including Faroese cake ;) You will meet the captain, the cook, the mu-sicians, and the rest of the group. All ages are welcome, including children with their parents and to them we offer painting, games and stories.
Juvel II will be in Orkney:
Kirkwall May 4th - 6th, Lyness May 7th - 8thStromness May 9th - 13th.
On board we offer Songs of Praise, Youth evenings, a Men’s Evening, where they will enjoy the fellowship, sing and hear someone share a tes-timony. It’s relaxed, welcoming and topical and - of course - followed by refreshments!
A Christian Bookshop and the chari-ties, Cafe Bless and Go Go Olive, will be onboard on Saturday the 12th from 2 pm to 4 pm.

wall, St Margaret’s Hope, Lyness and in Stromness.
In the activities, announced on the back page, the crew of Juvel II will sing in our native Faroese language and we will also sing English gospel songs. Please join our activities! We would love to see you!
On board on this trip are sixteen Faro-ese, a mixture of male and female, aged from one year to almost eighty years, and still going strong ;) We are all volunteers, and we use our free time to come to Orkney because we want you to experience what we have found.
You might think “Nobody can know for sure that they are going to Heaven. I will try my best to be a good person, and hope I have been good enough - I’ll have to wait till I get there to find out.”
We would like you to know that you can know now, if you are going to heaven. You can hear more about this, in the meetings we have, you are also welcome to come and talk to us about this.
The goals of Atlantic Mission are:
- to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, in our own and our neighbouring countries.
- to encourage the local church, and help them to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
