– D’DAYS AT A GLANCE –
The Festival is an unmissable experience for design professionals as well as the public. For 15 years D’Days has worked to promote design in all of its richness and diversity.
Each year, for one week, the Festival allows people to discover the process and creations of a range of actors across the design industry (designers, suppliers, galleries, makers, manufacturers and institutions).
D’Days also engages with Paris – from its institutions as well to its streets and the city itself. The Festival assembles the design community from France and abroad around their shared appreciation of the discipline.
A platform of learning, discovery and exchange centred around the key issues that affect the industry: each year Greater Paris comes alive with the energy of design’s creative force and innovation.
« D’Days is to design what Cannes is to cinema or Avignon to theatre »

Design offers solutions for everyday life. Designers are the engine that powers our world’s tangible and visible evolution. By adopting some of their ideas we have created new ways to live: small revolutions in our daily existence. Because design never prescribes, it proposes.
Design plays a major role in human progress – the discipline is inseparable from the major changes underway across several areas including:
– The conception R/Evolution – The production R/Evolution– The consumption R/Evolution
We are on our way to a new world.

The Forum oF Design
Launched in 2015 and co-produced with Artevia, Think Life sits at the heart of the D’Days Festival and aims to reinvent tomorrow’s world.
Experts, academics, entrepreneurs, schools and designers are invited to re-imagine the way we live – placing design and designers at the centre of this process of reflection, which incorporates installations, workshops and conferences.
