SLACKERS ALLIANCE
The Slackers Alliance is a nonprofit organization with global membership, committed to advancing Slacker development
principles and practices.
Slackers Alliance supports those who explore and apply Slacking principles and practices in order to make the software profession
more productive, humane and sustainable.
We share our passion to deliver software better every day.
A Certified Slacker Master® helps project teams properly use Slacking, increasing the likelihood of the project's overall success. CSMs understand Slacking values, practices, and applications
and provide a level of knowledge and expertise above and beyond that of typical project managers.
CSMs act as "servant leaders," helping the rest of the Slacking team work together and learn the Slacking framework.
CSMs also protect the team from both internal and external distractions.

– Pensamento Zen
“The master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his information and his recreation, his love and his religion.
He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence at whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing.
