Exclusive Agent in 28 countries of all the products and services, traded
under the brand name of "CleanTech" ,"BioEm" and "Aegis“ ("the
products“) as show in the attached list ( the “Product List“).
The SARS outbreak in 2003 was what pushed the founding team to
establish BioEm. Based on scientific evidence, the team successfully
used a variety of natural plant extracts to develop BioEm Air
Sanitising and Purifying Liquid, which can kill a variety of viruses
including SARS(99.99%). Aegis Intelligence, a patented coating
product originated in Singapore which uses photocatalysis to sterilize
surrounding objects. Amidst the 2020 COVID-19 global epidemic, the
team once again disrupted the sanitizing industry and hit global
headlines by introducing the new age “CleanTech”, an innovative
three-in-one disinfection installation combining a suite of
technologies including BioEm, Aegis Intelligence and negative room

After passing the temperature detection (SenseThunder-E mini), the
door opens and the person can walk into the negatively pressurized room.
S t e p 2 D i r t r e m o v a l :
Disinfection procedure initiates, par ticles and dust on the person are
blown off by Vor tex. Negatively pressurized cham ber is equ ipped with
a 0.3um HEPA filtration that traps 99.99% of bacteria and virus, removing
them from the cham ber air vo lume. The air vo lume in the entire
chamber is passed through the HEPA filter more than once per cycle.

The Aegis Intelligent 5700SC coating applied on the wall of the chamber
kills the bacteria and virus blown onto the wall by physical puncturing.
Also the photocatalyst, activated by UV light releases radicals that
penetrate and inactivate microbes on the surface of the person in the
chamber. (The UV light is turned off when the person steps into the
chamber). The coating will decompose germs and virus into harmless
carbon dioxide and water.
S t e p 4 St e r i l i z e w i t h B i o E m :
BioEm Air Sanitizing and Purifying Liquid is sprayed through fan nozzles
that are angled at 90 degrees. It penetrates into the vor tex flow and is
sprayed evenly on the clothing as a final sterilisation procedure before
stepping out of CLeanTech.

The whole process of above step 1, 2, 3, 4 could be set 12 seconds to 60
seconds depending on the requirements.

SenseThunder-E mini Thermal

measurement product designed based on thermal imaging
technology. Powered by a high-precision uncooled vanadium
oxide detector chip, this product provides users a friendly and
long-distance temperature measurement experience.
Based on a high-performance face recognition hardware
platform of SensePass and SenseTime’s latest deep learning A.I
algorithm, SenseThunder-E mini thermal camera can ensure safe
and efficient access with a recognition process that does not
need to remove the mask . It associates the temperature with
user ’s information automatically, thereby dispenses tedious
manual registration.
In CLeanTech, if the temperature of the user is below 37.5C,
access to the sanitising chamber is granted and the door opens
automatically.

Negat i ve Pressu red R o o mCLeanTech chamber is designed as a negatively pressurized room,
like the infectious patient area in hospitals, such that no microbes
can escape from the system.
Air is pumped into the chamber through 8 nozzles (model: J1) at
an average of 13.7m/s. The flow is driven by a 1,000 cu.m/hour
centrifugal fan. All air leaving the fan passes through the HEPA
filter before returning to the chamber. For a 10s cycle, the volume of
the chamber is passed through the filter 1.2 times. This continuous
outflow makes the pressure inside the chamber drop. Also, The
nozzle arrangement is designed to form a vortex flow around the
person.
HEPA filterThe HEPA filter is the heart of the air circulation system. Virus are
about 0.125um in size and at this size, NASA report shows that a
normal HEPA filter with 0.5um diameter fibres in a multi-fibre mesh,
can capture virtually all particles of the size of the present
coronavirus. HEPA effectiveness is over 99.99%.
Particles and dust on the person are blown off and trapped in
the HEPA filter. 0.3um HEPA filtration traps 99.99% of bacteria and
virus, removing them from the chamber air volume. The entire
chamber volume air is passed through the HEPA filter more than
once per cycle.

Dual Kill Mechanism:
1) Physica l sterilization
- Aegis Intelligent 5700SC works for 24 hours with its unique nano needles formed onthe thin film (coating) bonded firmly to substrates like window, wall, ceiling, door, floor,furniture etc.
- The solid thin film carries slightly +ve charges, it kills by puncturing and electrocuting -vecharged germs and virus on contact with the nano needles.
- Brownian motion also forces microbes to bombard frequently with Aegis Intelligentnano needles even in still air.
- The unique physical puncture sterilization is different from the other common
sanitizers kill by chemical poisoning methods. This non chemical poisoning killmechanism made Aegis Intelligent 5700SC a much safer choice in terms of toxicity

In CLeanTech, BioEm air disinfection and purification liquid is sprayed into the chamberand deposited evenly on users’ clothing for final disinfection. The components of
BioEm air disinfection and purification liquid are mainly extracted
from natural plants, which can effectively sterilize, disinfect, deodorize, anddecompose total volatile organic compounds such as formaldehyde.
BioEm Air Sanitizing and Purifying Liquid has been tested by three universities inHong Kong (including a university technology transfer company and two well-known
universities) and authorities (China National Center for Quality Supervision and Testof Environment Protection Products and the Hong Kong Standard Testing Center) to

World Health Organisation (WHO) said that the use of
disinfectant tunnels can cause harm to humans especially
if sodium hypochlorite or chorine are used in tunnels at
public spaces. The WHO recommends the use of sodium
hypochlorite, a key ingredient in bleach, only on
surfaces, and in small quantities.Many disinfection tunnels
use alcohol and hypochlorite (bleach) as disinfectants.
Alcohol and chlorine-based disinfecting liquids should not

1. What is the CLeanTech J-1 made for, both interior and exterior?The finishing is 100% stainless steel for both interior and exterior.
2. What are the differences between ‘with jacket’ or ‘without jacket?The jacket could provide a more professional and attractive image.
It is made by wooden frame, foam infills and PVC cover and weight around 160kg.
3. Since the chamber is negative, where does the exhaust air exit the chamber? Do we need to connect a duct forthe exhaust air?
Not necessary. We use air vent in CleanTech for filtering exhaust air.
Those exhaust air would pass through HEPA filter, which is capable to filter 99% viruses and bacteria.
4. Would the UV light harms human body?The UV light is used for activate the photocatalyst oxidation, which allows Aegis Intelligent 5700SC Coating to
decompose the viruses and germs into harmless water and CO2. The whole process is a physical featuring but not
chemical poisoning. Also, as the UV light will turn off before the user enters the chamber, human body would not becontact with UV light.
5. What’s the total quantities of the air vortex nozzle and Bioem spray nozzles?
There are total 8 air vortex nozzles on both side, and BioEm would be sprayed by the top and the bottom nozzles onright side.
6. Could we use other sanitizing liquid instead of BioEm?The functionality and efficiency of CleanTech is based the three-in-one disinfection program.In order to maintain our standard and quality, it is not recommended to use other disinfection solution to replace
BioEm.
7. CLeanTech J-1 is made in China? What is the lead time?It is made in Hong Kong, and our factory is also located in Tai Po, Hong Kong.
It takes 3 weeks for manufacturing CLeanTech J-1, and it takes extra 14 days for producing the J-1 jacket.
8. What would be the shipping cost and time to overseas?The shipping cost and time are depend on the logistics company. We could check for you if required.
You could also arrange the shipping by yourself, and for the time-sensitive cases, we would recommend to deliver byairflight.
9. Could you provide training for our employees?Yes, training could be provided by our local technicians.
You could also call for help if you have any questions or needs.
10. How could we know we need to refill BioEm inside CleanTech?The button in the chamber of CleanTech would light on to remind the refill.5L BioEm could be put in CleanTech, and 10ml BioEm would be used for
1 people each time. So, after 500 people enter the chamber, you needto refill BioEm inside the CleanTech.

12. What could we do if something emergency happened in the chamber?There are 2 emergency buttons inside and outside the chamber.
