Bucks County WDB Local Transitonal Plan—Final Version 54 The following pages present a graphic overview of the service flow for young adults (out-of scholl youth) in the CareerLink ® Bucks County structure. The Board’s primary program for connecting out-of-school youth with employers is its 180 program, which positions the local area well for the WIOA priority for expansion of services and program components for out-of- school youth. The 180 program is described in Section 4.4.
