Sarah has 25 years of experience in the insurance market, during which she has developed a particular focus on operations and business consultancy. Since 2001 she has used this experience to support specialist energy brokers and their clients, and was previously COO of Agnew Higgins Pickering & Co Ltd. Sarah has an MA in Spanish and French from Oxford University and is a Fellow of the CII.

Paul began his career with Anglo American in South Africa. He moved to London, Minet Insurance Brokers (now Aon) in 1994 and went on to join Lloyd Thompson Ltd (latterly JLT) in 1997. Paul joined RKH in 2005 as a founding member of the energy business. He specialises in the onshore energy sector and is Managing Director of RKH Marine Energy & Construction. Paul is also a Board member of Howden UK Group.
James has 30 years' experience in the insurance industry. Following employment at Agnew Higgins Pickering & Co Ltd, James joined RKH in 2005 as a founding member of its energy business. James specialises in the design, placement and servicing of liability placements for clients in the energy industry and is Executive Director responsible for the Upstream, Marine and Casualty teams.
Whilst the Executive Team is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the Marine, Energy & Construction business, each individual remains very involved in day to day management within their specialist fields and the servicing and placement of their accounts.

Angus has over 30 years' experience broking in the London market. In 1998 he helped found Agnew Higgins Pickering, becoming head of the onshore natural resources practice group and developing a diverse worldwide energy portfolio. Angus joined RKH after two and a half years at JLT where he was responsible for the onshore natural resource division. Angus now directs the Onshore Energy and Construction teams.

James joined the energy division of CT Bowring in 1982 before joining Price Forbes in 1994. In 1998 James joined Willis heading up the upstream broking team. James joined RKH in 2012 following three years at JLT/Lloyd & Partners.

Mark started his insurance career at Willis in 1991. Specializing in the international upstream business, he then joined Agnew Higgins Pickering in 2000 where he was a member of the Executive Committee and was responsible for the servicing and placement of energy insurance binding authorities for US wholesale brokers. Mark’s responsibilities also encompassed the role of Account Executive on a number of US independent E&P companies for both construction and operational insurances. Mark joined RK Harrison in February 2007.

In 2008 she moved to Lloyd & Partners and was promoted to Partner in the Marine & Energy Team in 2010. Georgina is a Divisional Director and Associate of the C.I.I. Her responsibilities include designing, facilitating, co-ordinating and servicing multi-line energy package and liability programmes with a focus on Exploration & Production and Drilling Contractor companies.

Our mission is to collect claims in a swift, professional manner at a time when you most
need cash flow, after suffering a loss. We consider our claims collection and advocacy
service to be at the forefront of Claims service in the international insurance marketplace.

Nick has over 28 years' experience of the insurance industry on the claims side. Nick was formerly chief adjuster of the property team at Xchanging Claims Services. Prior to that, Nick was head of claims for the Cox Syndicate which encompassed the utility division, Cox Power Services. Nick joined RKH claims division in June 2006 as a divisional director and head of claims. In October 2009, Nick was appointed to the board of RKH insurance brokers and subsequently RKH Specialty. Nick has handled many complex and significantly sized property damage / machinery breakdown and associated business interruption claims, including those arising from the attack on the World Trade Centre on 11 September 2001 and those which arose from the 2005 hurricanes.
