assessment center consists of: tests (intelligence, skills , knowledge), personality questionnaires, simulation exercises (tray in, role plays, presentation exercises, …), STAR-interview.

At least 2 exeperiences and certified consultants / psychologists lead the candidate through the assessment to observe concrete behavior. Potential biases of a single assessor are excluded.
