Getting To The PointCurrently each of our global markets have established volume assignments based on the currencywithin their own market, and have established volume totals based on their local currency.

Our new universal system is based on only one currency, an NSP currency called the point.With a standardised volume system, one point of volume in one market will represent one point ofvolume in every NSP market.

You can see the product pricing stays the same, only the representation of volume changes.

Universal Points, Individual PayoutsOur markets pay their distributors in a chosen currency, not points. With a universal, points-basedsystem of volume, how will this work?

Each market will be given a unique factor that is based on the currency used to make paymentswithin that market. The UK factor is 1.6. Look at the example below to see how this works.

Market FactorThe total cost of product

remains the same. The only difference lies inthe representation of thevolume. Again, the final

payout remains the same.

Factoring in the ChangesTake a close look at the Market Factor shown above. Now look at the volume totals in both the“before” and “after” examples. By using the Market Factor to determine both volume and payouttotals under the point system, we ensure that your rebates, commissions and overrides are thesame before and after the point conversion. This change in no way diminishes your earningpotential as an NSP distributor.

Payout After Point Conversion

By implementing a universalvolume, we’re bringing our markets

together and making our opportunitymore indicative of a global

company.

Upon converting to the pointsystem, the actual value for the

volume of products andqualifications will be comparable tothose values currently established

within each market.

Only the representation of thosevalues will change. What all this

really means is that your costsand your payouts will not change

by switching to the new plan.

percentages and Managerrequirements remain the

same. Only therepresentation of volume

figures has been changed.The same products that youpurchased to get 100 volumeunder the previous plan willnow earn 160 volume under

the points system.
