What is the GSE Integration In Roof Mounting System ? The GSE Integration system is an innovative In-Roof solar

module integration system suitable for pitched roofs with inclinations ranging from 12° to 50° (Fr - CSTB) and 15° to 50° (UK – MCS012).

Completely Waterproof : ensures a completely watertight In-Roof PV System. The Plates incorporate a drainage system and all fixations are made on high points (hence leak proof over time).

The system is compatible Portrait and Landscape with most PV modules on the market. Composed of the Commodity Polypropylene (High Pressure Injection Molding technology).

Unites all the requirements for a cost efficient, speedy, easy and certified installation with visual elegance and design.

Compatible with All Roof types: Tiles, Slate, Steel Pan… and can cover the whole roof surface if necessary.

Flexible: You can achieve any desired configuration type (landscape, portrait, U-Shape, Pyramid etc.), on any roof .

GSE Integration Design – General Key Points

The systems robust design allows use in areas with potentially heavy wind and snow loads (5400Pa in pressure load & 3460Pa (Security coefficient of 1.5) in wind uplift resistance with our reinforced clamps (multi-wind zone) make modules easy to install and tropical storm resistant.

The GSE Integration system is manufactured using High Pressure Polypropylene Injection moulding technology hence flexible, resistant to shock, corrosion and temperature variations ranging from -20C to +100C.

Enhanced rear ventilation due to the innovative GSE design can improve module efficiency.

Intelligent system design facilitates rapid installation specifically made easy for installers. Only 7 perfectly matched system elements, the cleverly designed rain-proof substructure and accessories are attached directly to the roof battens, making it easier to install solar modules and simultaneously saving you time.

The GSE system is 100% Recyclable as well as impressively aesthetic and economical.

Polypropylene plates and Aluminium lateral flashings ensure durable corrosion resistance,

(REACH Certified)

Lightweight and easy to transport. The plate is about 2.5kg, making it easy to transport and fix on roofs (no cumbersome long and heavy rails and accessories to manipulate on site).
