Located in Courances, in the beautiful forest region of
Fontainebleau, near Barbizon, our exclusive seminar space
is located less than an hour from Paris.
Set in the heart of the vast Park of the Château of
Courances (75 hectares), the charming Hamlet offers the
former Château outbuildings which were previously
essential for the activity of the estate.
Three small houses encircle the Hamlet’s cobbled
courtyard and have a stunning view on the spectacular,
renowned Japanese Garden.
The final stone house in the Hamlet is dedicated to
seminars with a meeting room and loft area of coffee
breaks and lunches.

The Loft : Above the Courances meeting room, we offer you a modern and
convivial space (which resembles a cosy apartment) for your breaks, lunches,
cocktails and dinners. The space can cater for seated meals for 16 people or for 20
stand up cocktails/finger food events..
A real place to exchange informally, to meet with a different way.
Your Private Garden : Situated next to the meeting room, we have a beautiful
garden for your group work, breaks or just to relax in the sun and appreciate the
setting. .
Your Informal SpacesThe Loft and Garden
On the other side of the Japanese Garden, we can privatise the stunning Foulerie space
for your lunches and dinners of more than 20 guests.
This 160m2 space is managed in partnership with the Château de Courances with whom
we work and there
There is a catering space of 28m2 and furniture and crockery are at your disposal to
organise your events and soirées for up to 80 people.
This beautiful, historic barn-like space can be reserved (subject to availability) from
April to October (with extra fees).

We can welcome : 15 people in single rooms or 27 in sharing joint rooms.
YOUR ACCOMODATION
To make your visit easier, we offer full catering on site.
You can take an all included package with lunches and dinners provided for residential
seminars.
We pride ourselves in making meals only with fresh, local and seasonable produce.
All day package offer :
o Welcome breakfast : French pastries, fruits, juice, tea, coffee, milk and yoghurt.
o Morning and afternoon breaks : home made cakes, fruits, coffee and tea.
o Buffet lunch : stater, main course, cheese, dessert, water, coffee (wine not included but can
be added for an extra cost).

Naturally smiley and positive, I am always loved organising events and helpingothers. With more than 20 years’ experience in events and communications, I mostrecently worked at CEDEP and INSEAD in Fontainebleau on Executive Educationseminars and events.
I also worked in 2002 on the Korea/Japan World Cup logistics. I love organising allevents – from internal meetings to themed evenings, from the content, to thebranding, hands on event details and the follow up.
