Promenade Hamilton Apartments is the latest in a suite of residential buildings at Portside Wharf that include Flare, Loft and Infinity. Promenade is defined by its architecture, position and location – particularly its proximity to the Brisbane River.
Created in partnership with Cottee Parker Architects, Promenade is a confident, contemporary building that is central to the overall masterplan and provides a visual focal point for the precinct. On ground level it is integrated with public spaces and the surrounding buildings by awnings and seating where people can enjoy stunning river views. Significantly for residents Promenade has no back, with all sides of the façade addressing a street, a pedestrian walkway or significant views.
Bedrooms are divided into pods around the bathrooms for privacy and convenience. Internal finishes are durable and timeless, without losing their modern edge. Purchasers can tailor their apartment to their own taste. Two schemes are available with four colour variations – Cameo, Quartz, Blanc and Noir. Polished tiles will be used in the kitchens and bathrooms of the apartments, with quality wool carpet to complement both colour schemes.
