to propagate sports culture in the new era. In the 21st century, the social influence and importance of new media were increasing. New media forms such as blogs, microblogs, and WeChat, which were the leading application platforms of smartphones and networks are emerging and widely accepted by the society.

In 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, Lin Dan successfully became the badminton men's singles champion, the coach Li Yongbo and Lin Dan fell to the ground to celebrate. However, one of the sports news reported that Lin Dan took off his clothes and Li Yongbo kissed his prentice.
In the London 2012 Olympic swimming competition, Sun Yang and Park Tae-Hwan’s competition attracted public’s attention. In order to create a gimmick, before the game, the media began to exaggerate the contradictions and conflicts between the two deliberately.
