order to support the varied liestyles o our
team members we ofer exible schedules.
IZEAs standard business operating schedule
is Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to
6:00 p.m., and Friday 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Flextime schedules may start between 7:00
a.m. and 10:00 a.m., and end between 4:00
p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
PAID hOLIDAYs
Everyone needs some time of to
decompress and reenergize. IZEA provides
you with the ollowing 14 paid holidays in
2011 in addition to your paid time of.

or up to 50% o the monthly cost o their
tness program or a maximum o $40 per

MObILE DEvICE ALLOwANCE
To encourage participation in WeReward and
gain eedback rom our team members we
provide a mobile device allowance. Team
members may receive a credit o up to $300
towards the purchase o a new mobile device
capable o running the WeReward app.
REFERRAL bONUsSome o our best team members have
come rom reerrals. I you reer a new team
member to join the company you will be
eligible or a bonus. The bonus schedule is as
