Legal Advice: Unlimited Legal Telephonic Advice from qualified legal professionals on any matter other than business or tax related issues.
Tutor line: Get help from a qualified subject expert for any high school grade in Mathematics, Science, Business Economics. Economics, English, Afrikaans, Geography, Accounting and Biology. Support can also include email, depending on the nature of the particular assistance required.
Medical advice line: speak to a qualified medical practitioner about medical advice or in the event of an emergency
Career Counselling: Includes personal career assessments and detailed reporting and analysis as well as help with the development of a Professional Curriculum Vitae
Home assist: Receive help 24/7 on any emergency or non-emergency on the members permanent residence which includes outbuildings. The service will include arranging a qualified expert for assistance, including paying their call out fee and the first hour of labour.
HIV Aids Treatment Line: In the unfortunate event of assault, rape or any other accidental exposure to HIV, the member will be referred to public or private facilities for HIV Aids testing, via 24/7/365 telephonic access. Service includes the cost of three blood tests per incident, three psychiatric consultations per incident, unlimited telephonic counselling interventions, advice and information, a “morning after” pill to prevent pregnancy and a 30 day starter pack of anti-retroviral medication.
Journey Assist members will have access to discounted vouchers on airtime and bus tickets. Airtime: Get 30% off on MTN, Vodacom and Cell C airtime per month (limited to two purchases per month)
The Journey Points reward program gives members loyalty points back with each premium they pay. There are various milestones which allow members to get gift vouchers at major national retail chains, paid holidays for the member and their family, electronic devices and home improvement projects.
