SUMMARY OF THE PROCEEDINGSOF THE BOARD OF COUNTYCOMMISSIONERS, OCTOBER
2-3-7-8-9 AND 17TH
The road supervisors and the CountyWPA. administrators met with theBoard and a map was prepared, indi-cating the priority of the variousstretches of road to be improved in
each of the Commissioner's districts.Appraisernent of the new list of
County tax deeded lands was complet-
ed and the date for holding the sale
was changed from November the 8th
to November the 15th.The board decided to appoint a Board
of appraisers, to re-appraise and equal-
ize the assessments within the Towns
of Poison, Ronan and St. Ignatius.Road matters at Niarada, and Lake
Ronan were considered.Contract for 100 rick of wood was
awarded to Andrew Olson.Right-of-way deeds from Harry 0.
Thurston and John B. Kiracofe were
approved by the board.Viewers reports on the Orivelle E.
Rogers, et al., and the Emanuel B. Hu-
ber, et al., road petitions were approv-
ed by the board.A resolution calling for the oiling ol
the Ronan-Round Butte road was
adopted by the board and the clerk was
instructed to send a copy of same to
the State Highway Commission.The board agreed to assign a num-
ber of the County-wide WPA. quota
for the construction of the grandstand
at the County Fair grounds.The board agreed to assign a number
of the County-wide WPA. quota forthe construction of a cinder path orsidewalk from the Ronan school to thevicinity of the A. M. Sterling store.The petition for the creation of a
judicial township including the pre-cincts of Charlo and Moiese, to be
known as the Charlo, township was ap-
proved by the board.The following tax dedeeded lands
