THE 16TH EDITION

of the middle east’s largest real estate exhibition Cityscape Global returned for 2017 with new launches across 42,000 sqm of exhibition space & a record of off plan sales topping AED870 million during the 3 days event.

M ore than 45,000 participants from across the real estate industry visited the show. Inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai in the morning of the first day, and attended by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister

of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai on the second day, Cityscape Global remains the largest and most influential real estate investment and development exhibition in the Middle East. The 2017 event attracted 276 exhibitors, representing companies from 25 different countries, as well as 37,821 visitors and VIP comprising of 191 nationalities.

CITYSCAPE CONFERENCEThe 2017 Cityscape Global Conference hosted a stellar line-up of speakers and 1,167 unique delegates and speakers across its three programmes; Market Overview, Real Estate Brokers and Architecture.

Held at the Conrad Dubai on 10 September 2017, the conference discussions focused on the latest technological innovations and trends in real estate, including Dubai’s Blockchain Strategy 2020, Expo 2020’s site plans moving forward and how WELL Building is merging health and wellness with real estate.
