.Many times in the past, law enforcement o ff—' icers have stopped pedestrians on the s tr ee ts and f i l l e d out a ''m aSe^r^". T h e^ u es^ has been asked of the Lea^e as to thé l e g- a lity q jf'th is. Our Legal. However, a l l p o liten ess must be uàed or you might have, trouble. The question has al> so beën asked: "What'information should^begiven i f arrested", Again, our Legal Counsel advises us that you must give your name and address ^ l y . Many persons get understandably excited .when.' they are arrested and w ill admit to anything

In lin e with the above, many people Iiave ' lo s t good jobs because they gave th e ir occupation and place of employment to the pólice and then the newspapers p u b lish ed 'if. i t is not necessary to give y o u r ^ a c e o f employ-^

There is an in terestin g case of entrapment-^ '. involving"the use of a lis te n in g device that -the League is watching quite c lo se ly .
