Cheers to 2020!Cheers to ringing in the new year with friends! Chef Cath and her team did it again, providing some incredible appetizers that we enjoyed during the musical performance by The Swinging Standards. We indulged in apple-pomegranate salsa with cinnamon chips, chicken and goat cheese wontons and of course, fortune cookies! Dinner was even better with beef and broccoli, sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, egg rolls and crab rangoons. Last but certainly not least, we devoured chocolate-covered strawberries and cannolis for dessert; yum! Wishing everyone a prosperous and healthy new year!
Senior SpotlightPat K. has been living at the Linden at Dedham for exactly a year! Over this past year, she has become close friends with several other residents and finds that the activities keep her social. Pat has a wonderful relationship with her two sons and says they keep her young. Along with her children, she loves her grandchildren and loves to see them! Pat was a nurse for more than three decades and loves helping people when she can! She states, “I love it here at The Linden. I can walk out my door, and I can always find something to do!” Stop by and say hello to Pat when you see her; you can always catch her playing bingo or doing a craft in the activities room!
