Kamuzu University of Health Sciences Sports Complex, received all

records of results from all polling stations in Nkhatabay Central.

Whereas the Commission has examined all votes classified as null and

void in accordance with section 97 of the Parliamentary and Presidential Elections Act (the “Act) and has determined all complaints in accordance

with section 97 and 113 of the Act.

Therefore, in accordance with section 96 (5) of the Act, as amended,
