• Messengers have gained huge momentum & will continue to rise
• Facebook will be aggressively releasing new features for Messenger (but only very restrictively for WhatsApp)
• Platforms will become available for developers – and Telegram does a great job in already doing so
• WeChat is the north star of mobile messengers and will continue to lead the way
• Bots will be very common for customer communication in less than 3 years
