RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Registration form should be filled and mailed by Thursday, December 10, 2020 on
2. No teams will be allowed to participate without registering and there will be no on the spot
registrations.
3. A student can participate in ONE event only.
4. The last date of submission for all the entries of all the competitions is Friday, December 18,
2020.
5. The Preliminary round result of all the entries received for the events (Director’s Cut (Jr01),
Architect (Jr01) and Simulator (Sr01) will be declared on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 on our
school website www.modernschoolec.com by 6:00 PM.
6. 6 entries will be selected for the Final round of the events (Director’s Cut (Jr01), Architect (Jr01)
and Simulator (Sr01). The participants will present their work in front of the judges in the Final
round. The Final round will take place on Thursday, December 24, 2020 virtually in a live zoom
session. Invites for the same will be sent to the participants.
7. The results of all the competitions will be declared on the school website www.modernschoolec.com
by 12:00 noon on Friday, December 25, 2020.
8. The judges’ decision will be final and binding.
9. Use of any unfair means in any event may lead to disqualification of the team from that event.
10. No points will be awarded for qualifying in the Preliminary round.

3. The entries will be judged on the basis of Relevance of Theme, Gameplay, Originality &
Creativity.

4. Participants will mail their creations along with the reference images if any (zip file) in the form
