best in challenging and conducive learning environment.

PROGRAMME COMMUNIQUE
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Detailed information of each event has been attached, wherein the
date and time of the event along with the rubrics of judgement are
also given.
2. All the participating schools should strictly adhere to the ‘Rules &
Regulations’. Exceeding the time limit in the performance can lead to
disqualification.
3. For the Amity Utsav events – Quiztopher & Bout to Knock, the
Registered Schools will be provided with School Code two days prior to
the event. The participants will have to pin the school code to the
costume such that it is visible during the entire performance. The
participants should not reveal their identity at any point of time.
4. The registered schools participating in the Amity Utsav events
Quiztopher & Bout to Knock will be given Microsoft Teams Meeting
Id’s one day prior to the event on the registered email id.
5. The winners will be awarded with Merit Certificates and Trophies & all
the participating students will be conferred with Participation
Certificates.
6. Any change in the details of the participants should be notified at least 2 days
prior to the competition.
7. Please send your registration latest by the 20th of November, 2021 &
videos/posters/entries by the 25th of November, 2021.
8. Before submitting the file kindly rename the file as:

9. Result Declaration and Valedictory Function will take place on the 30th of
November 2021.
10. The decision of the Judges will be final and binding.
