HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Week 8—December 17-23 De-Stress

-Don’t sweat the small stuff—not everything will be perfect and that’s ok. -Let others help you—you don’t have to be a super hero.

-Take 5-10 minutes for yourself—grab some tea or coffee, or just close your eyes and take some deep breaths. -Plan ahead—it will help you organize your time. -Take a quick walk around the block today to de-stress. -Set priorities—you don’t have to say “yes” to everything.

-Sleep is important—be sure to get plenty of it during this holiday season.

Week 8 Points Cards due to HR by Wed, Dec 26th!

Hours before the Schwab Cup craziness ar-rived and an ex-tremely busy month for Con-stantino's, Pamela Meyer,

POS App Specialist, was installing an additional POS terminal for the restaurant. The restaurant has operated for years with only two restaurant server terminals and two additional bar/lounge terminals. Pamela added a third terminal for the restaurant which allowed the team to decrease wait time to place member orders dras-tically. Just imagine eight servers using two terminals; they now have three, increasing potential produc-tivity by 50%, and increasing em-ployee moral astronomically. I am submitting Pamela as Manager of the Week on my behalf, however, more so on behalf of the entire team at Constantino's as they can-not thank her enough! Thank you, again, Pamela!!!!! -Bill Sychtysz, CHIR Rest Mgr

With the elimination of the EDS dental plan for 2013, I had

many questions in regards to coverage with Ameritas vs. EDS.

Jackie Wooldridge, Benefits Manager, contacted Ameritas

regarding my preexisting orthodontia and other general dental

questions. She went the extra mile to help me determine if it

would be in my best interest to wait to have my dental work

completed or have the work done under EDS, versus me having

to contact the insurance company myself. She also had me

contact my Dentist to make sure the change would be a smooth transition.

Her advice was extremely helpful and I appreciate her taking the time to en-

sure my comfort level with this new transition.
