The Facilities

The Moyo Glamping Retreat comprises 25 luxury tent villas of 25, 37.5 and 50 m2, each with its own private bathrooms, lounge area and a
terrace as well as some with a lazy swing and plunge pool.
Tents are fully furnished and equipped with a king-size bed, sofa & coffee table, a desk and a refrigerator.
All tents villas are fully air-conditioned for your comfort and also have fans when enjoying them alfresco.
The main building is open plan and houses the all-day-dining Restaurant, Reception Area and Beach Club with adjacent spring-water infinity
swimming pool.
The Activity Center at the sandy beach includes an area for Water-sports, Fitness Center, Volley and Basket Ball as well as a Biking, Hiking &
Adventure Base.
The natural Spa and Yoga area offers relaxation and wellbeing for body and soul.
The resorts boats and off-road vehicles guarantees access to many natural wonders on and off this tropical paradise island.

The Tent Villas
The Moyo offer fully furnished and air-conditioned Luxury Tent Villas with three different sizes 25 / 37.5 / 50 m2.
The high quality and very durable Escape Nomade® tents are crafted locally in Indonesia with materials sourced from around the globe to give the level of comfort one would expect in any luxury hotel or villa. Escape Nomade is based in Bali and sample tents are available for viewing.

The Location
West Nusa Tenggara – Sumbawa – Moyo
West Nusa Tenggara is a province of Indonesia. It includes the western portion of the Lesser Sunda Islands, with the exception of Bali which is its
own province.
To the east of Bali is the island of Lombok and the Gilis, which can be reached by air or speed boats. Sumbawa and its numerous tropical islands
with stunning beaches, breathtaking sceneries and the famous Tambora Strato-Volcano, is to the east of Lombok and can be reached by air in
only 35 minutes or overland by car and ferries and speed boats between the islands.
Sumbawa, the largest island of West Nusa Tenggara comprises a number of other tropical islands, including the island of Moyo.

The island lays off the north coast of Sumbawa. The property is located on a balmy beach between the main village of Labuan Aji and the world famous Amanwana Resort. Moyo can be reached from Bali or Lombok via a short 50 or 25 minutes flight respectively and a 45 minutes
speedboat journey. Alternatively, you can fly by seaplane from Bali in luxury right to the beachfront of The Moyo.

The Investment
Lease / Management
The Moyo Glamping Retreat offers potential investors the opportunity to purchase a fully furnished, serviced and maintained tent villa, ready for
occupancy. The Moyo Management will take care of a hustle-free administration, including marketing, booking, servicing guests and
maintenance of the villa tent on behalf of the owner.
As the owner of a tent villa you will personally hold the lease/management agreement of one (or more) Tent Villa(s) as your property, which will
include the parcel of land and the structures on it.
The Foreign Investment Company (PMA or Perusahan Modal Asing) offers a lease/management of 15 years for tent villas of 25/37.5/50 m2.
Return of Investment
This proposal represents an excellent investment opportunity on the stunning island of Moyo. Should you decide to invest in The Moyo
Glamping Retreat, you will not only become the owner of one or more Luxury Tent Villa(s) on this exclusive island, but will also earn an
impressive return on your investment by renting it out as a unique vacation accommodation.
Eighty-five percent (85%) minus the Maintenance Fee of the Tent Villa’s generated revenue will go back to you as profit on your investment.
Owner Privileges
Each owner will have unlimited access to his own tent villa for personal use and will benefit from preferential treatments and discounts for
