knowledgeable and honest structural engineer.
After being advised by 2 other engineers that the
collapsed foundation under our large sunroom
was irreparable and the structure should be
demolished and reubilt, K&G advised that the
room could be jacked up and a steel/concrete
foundation built. His company performed the work
at a fraction of the cost of a rebuild, without any
damage to windows, doors and interiors.
