Providing you with a fantastic opportunity to improve staff motivation and increase your retail sales and profits, The DMK Incentive Program is offered to you free of charge not to mention giving you and your staff the opportunity to snap up some amazing gifts!
To understand the benefits made available to you through the DMK Incentive Program please read the below carefully.
How will your business benefit? • At the end of each week, each therapist’s points are tallied. It is the responsibility of the therapist or manager to print out a list of the products they have sold.
• At the end of the month, the points will be tallied to give each therapist their monthly total.
• Each therapist’s monthly total will be recorded on the Incentive Claim Form. The Incentive Claim Form must also be accompanied by a copy of your monthly DMK sales data (obtained from your clinic sales software) or viewed by your DMK Account Manager.
• Tallies must be submitted to your Account Manager by the 15th of the following month.
• Points are counted per single calendar month (eg. 1st July to 31st July).
• Points can be redeemed for rewards as set out in the Rewards Catalogue.
• Points may be accumulated over several months if you wish to redeem a reward of greater value. NOTE: To accumulate points you must earn a minimum of 40 points per month.
• Points can not be converted in to cash
• Points are NOT transferrable
• Points are only accumulated while the therapist is working at an approved DMK clinic.
Incentive Program 2012
• Your staff will feel rewarded and motivated to achieve higher sales targets.
• Both your clinic and individual staff member’s sales can be monitored easily through product sales and Incentive Program Rewards Points reports.
• Your clinic’s total points and individual staff member’s points will be monitored on an in-clinic chart so staff members are continually motivated to achieve their targets and receive great rewards.
• The DMK Incentive Program can be incorporated into your clinic’s current incentive program so your staff will be motivated by multiple reward systems.
• Incentive Program Rewards Points are easy to redeem. Your DMK Account Manager will be able to confirm the therapist’s points and process reward forms for your convenience.
How does it work? Every DMK product sold to a customer accumulates points for the therapist who sold the product.
One DMK product receives 1 point
Monthly Special receives 4 points
Silencer receives 5 points
