Naghmana is an Open Group Certified Sr. IT Architect. She is the Lead for Automotive and Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industries in the IBM Global Solution Center (GSC). GSC is one of a kind of Global Industry Solution Center of Competency in IBM. Naghmana is also the BAO (Business Analytics and Optimization) Lead for IndustrIal sector at GSC.
Naghmana is currently responsible for high-value complex solution technical sales support for Automotive and A&D industry clients. She serves as a technical leader for projects across the center. Today, she leads projects associated with a $1.5 billion dollar annual revenue stream influenced by the industry solutions developed in the GSC. Naghmana has successfully led many high impact BAO initiatives for IBM in the Automotive and A&D industries.
Naghmana has been actively giving back to communities by participating as well as leading in several programs including the Engineers Week and the GIGA WOT (Girls Inspired Greatly About the World of Technology) camp. She is a member of multiple Women in Technology groups and serves on the board for Education for the City of Coppell Chamber of Commerce. Naghmana has shared her expertise and experience by mentoring ibmers as well as customers in both technical and professional development capacity.
