I had inform the incidents in our Gangotri Apartment, Garia

Garden,Garia, Kolkata-700 084 by the management committee. Thecommittee always works for self interests but if any one opposestheir views immediately the committee pushed him back. When aflat owner of aged more than eighty opposes their misdeedimmediately the committee members sacked him and evendetached the generator connection and stopped the lift facilities.When we came here on 26th January 2006 and my father asked thecommittee to show the income and expenditure of the committee

but some members of the committee refused to do so. TheApartment has two parts and the then committee members belongto same parts and whatever expenses they made it was on theirparts. This was protested by my father and since then they becameenemy of my father. And from that point they did whatever they

could to defame us. They went to Police, Nagarik Committee andother organizations to seek their help. They lodge severalComplaints against us to Sonarpur Police station but being aadministrative wings of Government they enquire several times ontheir complaints through their staff and they gave their reports, youmay verify the enquire reports from the Sonarpur Police station,When an S.I came for investigation some of the all the memberstwisted the incidents and try to convinced the correctness of theircomplaints but in our presence when S.I cross examined the pointsimmediately they vanished from the spot except dt 11/10/06 theinvestigative S.I as per Influence and .have Nacro Analysis of thedt SI.which lead to their Moral increase.& our career & family liferuin(mentally & environment)....

Further, some members are so shameless that to make a group andsupport against us the thrice reduced the maintenance charges,when cost of everythings are high, resulting collapse of the

maintenance. Generator are lying broken, there are no funds to payto the security guards so there are no security at our Apartments,For non payments of YMC the lifts are inoperative. Our flat is in afourth floor and my father is a physically handicapped, both theknees of my father have been replaced so his movement is limitedhe is unable to up and down through ladder and all the matters aremanmade it is due to protest of my father and the old man SriG.C.Chatterjee, who protested the committees mismanagements sothe committee decided to teach us lesson and one after anotherincidents occurs and after June July 2008 undercover and nooutside movement.. continue to create problems. Many times my ADMIT CARD forexaminations are misplaced and I am unable to appear in theexamination and till now they are doing this practice 80% of lettersare misplaced. Registered and couriers are not allowed to use the liftto 4th floor and many times they told the couriers ,postman that wehave left the apartment. We have so many proofs on the postpackets where the couriers and postman written their commentsSHIFTED.

On 15th August 2006 when the committee members were hoistingthe flag my father watched flag was not correctly hoisted and theNational Anthem was going on- immediately he pointed out thematter , the duty guard immediately began to down the flag my

father, walk with a stick for support, raised the sticks ;pointed outthe guard, the other committee members to suppressed their crime-yes it is crime when you hoisted the National flag upside down-began to shout that my father try to beat the guard with the stickand since then no flag hoisting ceremony are remain closed at ourApartment.

Recently we are facing another problem. Since one and half yearsome persons, said to be the recovery agent of different banks{ICICI,ING VYSYA,HDFC,STANDARD CHARTERED BANK.etc areknocking our door asking the whereabouts of my next door neighborSri Probal Sen(4D),one of the main leader of the committee, who oneday quietly fled away from the flat and other persons spread rumourthat out of fear from us Sri Sen had left the flat} began to

threatened us why we dont know his where about. Actually we dontknow where he is -the recovery agents from different banksregularly knocking our door for asking Sri Sens whereabout.Then webegan to gather some informations regarding Sri sen.After he leftthis apartment they fled one place to another and lastly he sold this

flat the actual address he written in the banks records. On 17thICICI* & 28th JULY* 2009 another recovery agent came from ABNAMRO again knocked our door and asked Sri Sens whereaboutslastly my father compelled the threat if again knocked our door wehave no option but to complaint against him to police. We took hismobile no. as 9836869788 & *Standard Chartered Bank dt 21/08/09mobile no as 9836962920.The Renter of the said flat 4D becamevery fearful on the recovery agents threatening so they left the flatand went to other flat.

These are main matters, there are many more to defame us. Theywent to police, Party,Nagarik committee and other sources buteverywhere they failed. At least truth has some force, so they, theuntruth, failed, now they are taking help from some local club, onthe strength of what you know, being a high police official and let ussee how long we can tolerate the manmade troubles and seekingyour help to save us from this trouble.

Everything is their preplanned to harass us and they as per show offin group are trying to Divert the main incidents..
