Traditional Business and Strategic Plans do not focus on solving customers' toughest problems as well as are boring, expensive, and difficult to update. Many businesses especially startups are moving away from traditional business/strategic plans to one-page tools. However, one-page tools to date are inadequate for planning and managing businesses.
