Selecti ng the right products for test benches is crucial for opti mal operati on and accurate results. HAINZL manufactures a wide range of components for test bench technology. In additi on, HAINZL al-ready has a variety of complete test benches for customer-specifi c development and producti on of overall test systems. Our systems, both for research and development as well as for producti on lines,
combine electrical engineering, electronics, soft ware, mechanical engineering, and drive and process technology to form a superbly harmonized overall system. To round off the portf olio, we off er the possibility of integrati ng whatever handling systems are required for component manipulati on.
Our know-how in the fi eld of handling and roboti cs ranges from the simple manipulati on of parts to heavy-duty roboti cs and fully automated assembly sites. With our PRO-COMFORT mobile handling device we increase material handling by mov-ing loads of up to 80 kg both quickly and precisely. Loads over
1,000 kg are manipulated by our heavy-duty fi ve-axis robot. Our wide range of services is completed by the development and manufacture of turnkey automated assembly systems for series producti on.
