Travel times

By trainErith train station is served by Southeastern rail services, with regular trains to London Cannon Street, Dartford and Crayford. During commuting times, trains also run to London Bridge. By December 2019, high-speed Crossrail services will be available in the nearby town of Abbey Wood, halving journey times into central London.

By planeLondon City Airport is just a 13 mile drive from Erith and is also accessible by public transport. Gatwick Airport, the second largest airport in the UK, is only 40 miles from Erith by car.

By busVarious bus routes in Erith provide transport across the town and the surrounding areas. Additionally, a night bus service provides a direct link to and from central London.

SpecificationKitchen Kitchens at The Quarry have been thoughtfully designed with Symphony Plaza Porcelain Matt soft closing base units, Symphony Woodbury Platinum Gloss soft closing wall units with contemporary under unit lighting, and complimentary Cinnamon worktops and matching upstands. Worktops feature an undermounted stainless steel single bowl sink and mixer tap in brushed chrome. Selected 4 bedroom homes and 2 bedroom maisonettes feature island units, and selected 4 bedroom homes include a utility room near the kitchen. As standard in your new home, an array of integrated appliances have thoughtfully been selected including an oven and black induction hob with stainless steel splashback and stainless steel extractor, fridge freezer and dishwasher, and microwave. A washer/dryer is located within the ground floor store cupboard, locations may vary, please speak to your sales negotiator.

Bathroom & Ensuites Main bathrooms in these new homes are fitted with a Vitra Optima white bath and 4-fold shower screen and selected homes have a Vado Eris shower. Each bathroom features Vitra sanitaryware in white along with a Delonghi chrome heated towel rail, underfloor heating and a made to measure mirror. British Ceramic wall and floor tiles have been fitted to each bathroom creating a luxury modern feel.

Each ensuite in your new home is fitted with a silver frame sliding shower door enclosure with Vado Eris shower. Also fitted are Vitra sanitaryware in white along with a Delonghi chrome heated towel rail, underfloor heating and a made to measure mirror. British Ceramic Tiles in Grey are fitted to the floor and walls.

WC’s in these brand new homes feature Vitra sanitaryware in white and Grey British Ceramic wall tiles, Karndean flooring in mid limed Oak, alongside underfloor heating.

Bedrooms All bedrooms at The Quarry include quality carpets in Crystal Grey and white Premdor built in wardrobes with white moulded ladder doors to master bedrooms. Selected 3 & 4 bedroom homes incorporate a separate dressing area to the master bedroom.

General All of the homes at The Quarry include private amenity spaces on various floors, finished with composite decking to basement courtyard areas and treated timber decking to all other areas. Gardens include raised planters featuring naturalistic grass and perennial beds. Thoughtful design continues throughout; some homes include lightwells maximising natural light, and every home includes cycle stores and bin stores, and a 10 year NHBC warranty for peace of mind.

Your new home will include natural look Karndean flooring throughout in Mid Limed Oak, with Crystal Grey carpet to all bedrooms, landings and stairs.

These new homes are finished with Dulux white emulsion to all ceilings, Dulux Grey Steel to all walls, and all woodwork will be finished with Dulux Diamond white Satinwood.
