54 MILLION VISITORS CAN’T BE WRONG
In 2016, Chicago & its partners welcomed 54.1 million visitors setting a new record. These visitors spent an estimated $15 Billion and generated an estimated $911 Million in state and local taxes (municipality & Cook County). The Tourism Industry in Chicago added an estimated 4,600 jobs in 2016, now totaling over 145,000. Investor confidence in Chicago resulted in eight new hotels. This would not be possible without the out-standing support of the State of Illinois, the Governor’s Office, and the leadership of the House and Senate and our strong partnership with the Illinois Office of Tourism. Here’s to more success in the years to come.

Experimentation has resulted in this rare gin from a time when barrel gins were
more the norm. After infusing premium botanicals into our neutral spirit, we layer
on flavors from old whiskey barrels. The result is a silky and delicious
barrel gin with layers of juniper berry, citrus, coriander, star anise
and the barrel. Our 1906 family heirloom fiddle
would certainly approve.

Age may result in wisdom, but in taste, this young spirit whiskey stands up to the old guys. The rich color and exceptional
taste comes from the marriage of toasted charred American white oak and our
three grain corn based spirit. Our small batch handcrafted process results in
a stand out Spirit Whiskey. The Chicago artisan that made our 1906 family heirloom fiddle would be proud of
this modern day craft spirit.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Our American made Lemonfiddle honors Italy’s national drink, Limoncello. Select
lemon peel is infused into our small batch neutral spirit. With just the right
amount of pure cane sugar and touch of pure vanilla, this wonderful liqueur
is created. It’s a perfect after dinner treat. Our 1906 family
heirloom fiddle may be American made, but when it comes to Lemonfiddle it
plays Rigoletto.
