� The Directorate was established by a Decree of theGovernment of Montenegro in 2001, as the Agency forAnti-Corruption Initiative
� Decree on Organisation and Functioning of the PublicAdministration (2004) – the Directorate for Anti-Corruption Initiative
� Amendments to the Decree on Organisation andFunctioning of the Public Administration (2007) broadenthe Directorate’s competences
