“Leadership Phelps County changed the way I look at my leaders, as well as myself as a leader. Putting my peers above my own self and helping motivate them is now a priority in not only my job but my life. I now have the tools to strive as a leader and push others further as well as myself. LPC gives you the tools to be the best leader you can be-what you do with them is up to you!” Bethany Stratman, Class of 2014-15, Phelps County Bank

“LPC not only taught me to come out of my comfor t zone and meet new challenges, it exposed me to people and places I never knew existed. Through the relationships formed and the

contacts I made, it will make me a more effective leader. It was an amazing experience.”

Deanna Dean, Class of 2014-15, Phelps County Regional Medical Center
