Real Growth leadership program description
The program consists of three 48-hour workshops over a 9-month
period. All participants work on their own growth challenge in
groups of 15-20 non-competitive peers to promote cross-industry
learning and partnering.
IRG benchmarking: identifying your critical growth opportunities
1. Understand the gapDiscuss IRG learnings, conduct IRG Benchmarking, key stakeholder interviews, and review best practices.
2. Define the ‘so what’Align on priorities and build a specific roadmap for change to unlock real growth potential. Define KPIs.
3. Action the ‘now what’Deploy tangible initiatives and solutions. Change Mgt

WhereFirst 2 workshops will be in the ‘home’ country: New York,

Program feeFee is US $35K for all three workshops and benchmarking.
Travel and hotel costs are not included.
Particpants complete all the modules are eligable for a
‘Real Growth Certificate’ awarded by resp. New York
University and Oxford University.

independent. Its co-founders are WPP, Kantar, Google,
Facebook, Spencer Stuart, LinkedIn, Saïd Business School
at the University of Oxford, and the New York University
School of Professional Studies.
IRG helps growth leaders measure and drive sustained,
long-term “real growth” by connecting growth leaders to
peers and expertise through live-action programs.
All IRG content is curated independently and absolutely
no product solution presentations or sales of any kind
occur during the program.
