Pump section

The pump section is based on the proven, rugged ESP design, operating in hundreds of thousands of installations under toughest conditions worldwide. They come with a large number of hydraulic selections and many sophis-ticated material and coating options that will give you the perfect match for your individual application. Short bearing spans and small impeller diameters guarantee vibration free operation.

Horizontal Thrust Chamber (HTC)

The HTC features a back-pull-out design for easy maintenance and exchange of the mechanical seals. Our HPS needs only one mechanical seal, which greatly reduces complexity and repair costs. The standard HTC comes with high-load tandem angular contact thrust bearings and radial ball bearings at least one ISO grade above standard. The oil chamber is protected with long-lasting non- contact labyrinth seals. A wide range of flood oil or forced feed lubrication systems allow sustainable performance under any climatic condition.

Mechanical seals

Our seal chamber design assures an optimum operating environment. The only mechanical seal is installed on the low pressure side. API-682 single, double and tandem seals by any manufacturer can be considered to match your requirements. Our seal systems are fully tested to assure the perfect performance.

Modular and flexible

The modular building-block design makes the unit suitable for a wide variety of applications, from simple water injection to more complex pipeline services and crude oil transfer. The reliable, cost effective solution has also proven to be an efficient alternative to traditional horizontal split-case, vertical turbine and positive displacement pumps.

The plug and play solution The completely assembled system including ElektroMotion components comes to plug and play. Relocation to alternative sites is easy. Whenever necessary, major components can be replaced or resized to adjust for changes in hydraulic conditions. Due to its modular design and factory alignment, re-aligning the unit before restarting the system is kept to a minimum.

The lifetime extension for your equipment

The smooth performance of the equipment extends the MTBF and consequently enhances up-time and production.

For offshore use: VPS

HPS can optionally also be built as a VPS (Vertical Pumping System) to safe valuable space on offshore platforms. The VPS is using standard V1 electrical motors. Bearing frame and seal chamber assure a long, vibration and trouble free operation.
