First Time Accessing App Subsequent Logging In

Setting up Calendar Notifications

After installing, tap REMS Companion app to open.

Open Apple's App Store or Android's Google Play, search for the REMS Companion app. Download and install it. (Not available for iPad)

On the Welcome screen, enter the following: First Name Last Name

Date of Birth Zip Code

You may tap the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy links to read these documents if desired.

Then tap Continue.

On your phone’s home screen, tap the REMS Companion app.

Tap Profile on the bottom right.

Tap the Calendar Sync toggle button.

The toggle button will turn green and “Calendar Sync is enabled” will display.

On the Welcome screen enter the following: First Name Last Name PasswordThen tap Sign In.

The survey screen displays any surveys that are available to complete.

Be sure to tap Turn On Notifications in order to receive reminders to complete your future surveys. A pop-up will display asking to access your calendar to add future surveys. Make sure to click OK. If you do not turn on notifications, you will not receive survey reminders.

On the Password screen, enter your password, then tap Create Profile.
