Why is Nicotine so addicting?

It is pretty easy to know why nicotine is addicting. When you smoke, nicotine comes into and through your blood which leads to the brain. The nicotine sticks into parts of the brain and releases dopamine, which makes you happy. But that only happens for a couple seconds, which makes you want more(because it makes you happy). This is why it is addicting
