Results:• Grass Fields yield 1/3 estimated usage of Lighted Synthetics • Potential additional income is $180,000 annually (billable at $50/hr)

* Measured in net Sixty Acres North Grass Field equivalents ** Usage diminished from 5 months to 3 months due to other passive uses*** MPTC = Maximum Peak Time Capacity, assuming play 6pm-10pm weekdays, all day weekends.
