Your Board of Directors has been worked diligently withthe Renovation Project Manager to keep this excitinginitiative on track for completion next spring The projectsinterior designer has selected stunning fabrics finishes andfurnishings to contemporize each of our eleven residencesVisual barriers will be removed to create a lesscompartmentalized residence and to make the most of ourvalley and slope side vistas The majority of soft goods willbe replaced entirely including drapery and carpets Keydesign features such as the dining chandeliers and livingroom fireplaces will be updated to add visual interest TheBoard of Directors will meet again in August to finalize theproposed design and thereafter the Renovation Managerwill begin the procurement and planning process Whenyou return for your winter season visit a design board withcolor palate renderings and fabric swatches will beavailable for viewing in our Members Lounge The siteteam will be delighted to review the design board with youand answer any questions you might have
