DROP-IN CLASSES & CLIMBINGClass & Climbing Passes for Silver Members are available for purchase at the front desk or online. Each pass includes access to either one group exer-cise class, or access to the climbing wall during Open Climb Time. All attendees are required to check-in at the front desk. You may purchase a pass up to two hours prior to the class or your intended climb time.

Climbing equipment is included with purchase. Climbers may use auto belay or a certified belay partner during Open Climb Time. Unless otherwise noted, the minimum age for drop-in classes is 13–14 years with an adult, and 15+ without an adult. Pick up a Drop-in Guide at the front desk or view online to learn more.

CYCLING CLASSESBEGINNER INDOOR CYCLING This class will teach new riders the basics of indoor cycling, including proper bike set up, body alignment and positions. Classes will include interval and en-durance training and will improve strength and recov-ery. Riders will also be taught the benefits of proper stretching both before and after riding. Come and learn to ride today.

INDOOR CYCLING Hit the hills, power the sprints, and chase down the competition. Get awesome cardio workouts with this high energy, heart-pounding, exhilarating class. In-dividual chooses intensity level so beginners to ad-vanced participants are encouraged to attend. New students please come early for proper bike fitting.

GROUP EXERCISE CLASSESBLAST Blast features an energetic blend of aerobic kickbox-ing, full body strength training and ab work.

BOOT CAMP FITNESS This challenging strength and conditioning class will get you into peak physical condition by integrating functional strength training including TRX®, cardio intervals and core strengthening. A wide range of in-door and outdoor drills (seasonally) will be the focus of this class.

GROUP FIT Come and be challenged by this blend of resistance work and cardio intervals. This class will use a variety of resistance exercises and will incorporate dumb-bells, elastic bands, gravity based moves and stability balls. Come and get FIT!

GROUP STRENGTH Be strong! This course will focus on resistance train-ing and will strengthen and tone all of the major mus-cle groups using barbells, dumbbells, gravity based exercises resistance bands and more.

KROC FIT BASIC* Kroc Fit Basic is a class designed for mature adults and individuals at a basic fitness level. Come and increase stamina, total body strength, and bal-ance. Participants will get motivated, combat the highs and lows of beginning a fitness program and create new personal relationships. Join us today! *Recommended for Silver&Fit®.

KROC YOGA: EXTRA GENTLE This class provides an extra gentle, relaxed workout using an easy-does-it approach that is designed to improve posture, increase range of motion, flexibility, strength, and breathing techniques. Students in this class have the option of sitting or standing while ex-ercising. This class is recommended for injury recov-ery & for people who have physical limitations.

KROC YOGA: GENTLE This class combines gentle stretching and toning movements with breathing techniques and is de-signed to improve flexibility, balance, range of motion, concentration, and muscle tone. The class empha-sizes proper alignment during movement postures making it a perfect fit for the beginner or advanced student who wants to move and learn at a slower, gentler pace. This class is open to all ability levels.

KROC YOGA Enjoy stretching and toning all muscle groups while you develop flexibility, strength and stamina. This class will enhance your physical and mental strength by linking flowing sequences of movement and breathing techniques. Benefits include increased range of motion, concentration and muscle tone. Modifications will be given to allow students of all ability levels to participate. A slower, gentle approach is offered in Kroc Yoga: Gentle.

BEGINNER LINE DANCING Come learn and practice basic line dancing in a fun, friendly, laid back environment. No experience necessary, anybody can line dance! Feel free to try either (beginning or intermediate) class to find your comfort zone.

INTERMEDIATE LINE DANCING Now that you can dance...we’re going to kick it up a notch! Some prior experience helpful(any kind of dance). Dances will range from high beginner to intermediate. Come get to know a great bunch of people. As always, fun is a priority!

NIA™ DANCE EXERCISE This class combines moves from nine forms of dance, fitness and martial arts. Nia™ empowers you by connect-ing your body, mind, and emotions, and is fun and eas-ily adapted for a gentle, medium or intense workout.

P90X LIVE®

P90X Live is a high energy class. It is pre-choreo-graphed total-body strength and conditioning class that uses your bodyweight and minimal equipment. Includes a cardio, lower body and core workout.

T.A.G. (THIGHS, ABS, GLUTES) INTERVAL This exciting class concentrates on specific toning exercises for your thighs, abs & glutes. All fitness lev-els are welcome.

TRI STRENGTH Increase your performance, strength, and flexibility for your next Triathlon. Kroc Coaches will encourage and teach proper training techniques to increase your core strength, upper body strength, and over all explosive speed by using functional movements and equipment. Training will include use of the TRX® (great for upper body/core strength in swimming), free weights, plyometric boxes/steps, kettle bells, and medicine balls. Be ahead of the pack with this strength program to help you RUN, BIKE and SWIM faster!

ZUMBA® This class is a fusion of Latin and International dance music themes that create an exciting, unique and fun fitness class! The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

ZUMBA® GOLD This class takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the ac-tive older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. Active older adults who want camaraderie, excitement and fitness as a regular part of their weekly schedule will find that Zumba Gold is the perfect fit. It’s a dance-fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, fun.

COVE POOL (86–88°)AQUA BLAST This shallow water aerobics class provides choreo-graphed routines for stretching, toning, and cardio-vascular improvement.

AQUA FIT* Aqua Fit is a shallow water aerobics class with cho-reographed combinations performed to lively music. Each class begins with a gentle warm-up followed by 30 minutes of continuous movement in an aquatic environment that provides strengthening, flexibility, and cardiovascular benefits. The last portion of the class will be devoted to specific toning exercises, stretching, breathing, and relaxation techniques. *Recommended for Silver&Fit®.

AQUA MED/MS Water exercise is the best medicine! This class is adapted for individuals not ready for regular aquatic group exercise. This class will use the healing and soothing environment of water and gentle exercise to promote healthy bodies. It offers another tool in managing chronic conditions and pain, such as MS.

AQUA SCULPT Use the natural resistance of water, along with breathing and relaxation techniques, to improve bal-ance, core strength, stability, enhance flexibility, and heighten mind-body awareness. Instruction can be modified for all levels.

AQUA RHYTHM This fun shallow water aerobics class is filled with rhythms to motivate you for an entire body muscle conditioning. This high tempo class focuses on car-dio respiratory endurance as well as some strength training and toning. Get ready to tap your feet to the beat!

RIVER WALK CLASS Power walk your way to a healthy lifestyle in our lazy river! Moving with and against the current helps build cardiovascular and muscle strength.

POWER RIVER This high intensity workout in the Cove Pool River incorporates cardio resistance challenges, core and strength movement for the upper body while utilizing the river’s dynamic current. Come ready to work hard and burn calories and challenge the inner athlete in you!

COMP POOL (80–82°)AQUA TABATA The focus of this class is fat burning! The class begins with a short warm-up followed by thirty minutes of high intensity interval training in the water. Be ready to deploy the “work” in this workout!

DEEP WATER RUNNING This class uses high and low cadence deep water running to improve your cardio conditioning, muscle endurance, turnover and functional running strength. The results are amazing! Deep water running is an excellent low impact way to reduce stress on the joints, stay cool while training, prevent injuries, recov-er from injuries, and is a great alternative to training outdoors on rainy days.

DEEP WATER SENSATION 360 Kick it up a notch with this fast, no-impact class de-signed to build cardiovascular strength and muscle tone. Participants must feel comfortable in deep wa-ter. Flotation belts and other equipment are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

HYDRO-MANIACS This class is a rigorous cross-training of water jog-ging, swimming, water aerobics, modified plyometric, strength, and cardiovascular exercises.

MASTERS/TRI WORKOUTS • Early Morning Workout • Endurance Workout• Water for Lunch• Evening WorkoutJoin us for a workout catered to your fitness level and goals whether you are a seasoned competitor, a nov-ice athlete, or are swimming for fitness.

ADULT WATER POLO Join us for weekly Adult Water Polo sessions. Warm-ups and drills will be followed by some quality play-ing time. New and experienced players welcome. Prerequisite: the ability to swim 200 yards and tread water is recommended.

ONE-TIME REGISTRATION FEEA one-time registration fee is required with each membership type. There is a $60 registration fee for individ-ual memberships and a $75 registration fee for family memberships. Annual rate is monthly rate multiplied by 12.
