The BDS is a register of the institutional units making up the Spanish Economy, classified by institutional sectors according to National Accounts rules (ESA95 and Manual on GDD)
Sources of information
Institution responsible for sectorisation: INE (NSI), but there is a working group made up by INE, General Audit Office and Banco de España that is entrusted with arriving at decisions about the methodologically complex cases
The recording of the units:- Sector of National Accounts - Tax identification number or code (NIF/CIF)- Name of the unit - Date of registration in the sector- Date of removal (if appropriate)- Notes
